I didn't get any psychometric tests.. The website asked me to schedule an interview directly.

Not sure but I think for Customer Support Rep it does not
No , walmart canada will not hire if you don't have SIN number. So international hiring not possible. The website won't stop you applying from international country but your application at some point will be rejected.
