I agree with you that when recruiters start talking more specific about the job and responsibilities is a good sign, it happened to me. Also, when they introduce you to people in the office or walk you through the office to meet the environment. Also, when they ask you if you have any other possible job offers landing, and when they start discussing start date, when they answer your follow up note fast it's also a good sign.

I was struggling with interviewing process for a long time already when I checked some youtube videos I came across to yours. I discovered that I was in fact not well prepared, I didn't have any prepared answers in my pocket. A new interview after following your videos went so good, that i actually received an offer. Watching this video i can clearly agree with your key signs because i have experienced them. The interviewers put me many questions and seemed very interested in my stories. The interviewer said that if I were to be considered for the position they would call by the end of the day because the second interview was Monday at noon. I never recieved the call. On a more positive note I did way better than the last interview. Thanks to your tips I know now what to say to questions never knew how to answer. For example "tell me about yourself". I had nothing. Now its not because I don't know who I am but I've been trying to corner the graphic design market in recent years and the job I was going for was clerical at a sales and marketing firm. Very good tips on "Signs that the interview went well". On 2 occasions l noticed the interviewer and HR Manager faces "lit up" when l told them my salary expectation. The hiring manager / New boss told me that was the main reason why he appointed me. It is clear to say companies would judge on which candidate would work for less and for that reason only.

Besides, I don’t want to impress my interviewer with my words but I want to impress them with my actions, so they would not disappointed at me later.

I've had interviews last less than an hour. But I've also had interviews that went for an hour and 20 minutes even though it was scheduled for an hour. The one that was less than a half hour I didn't think was that great of an interview. It wasn't as smooth as I wanted it to be. But you'd think that the lengthy interview would be the one that would be a telltale that I was going to get the job. Turns out the less then stellar interview was the only one that called my references.
Sometimes you never know which way things are going to go. This was definitely a lesson to learn that you can't judge everything on the surface. Until you have some things secured, honestly you don't have anything until you do.

All 5 people I spoke with went over time, but they said things like “We are looking for for...”, “We are testing your...”, “We are considering you for...” while I was doing the exercises.

Most important thing is that you "clique" with the person that is interviewing you!! If it feels more like a criminal interrogation, then its probably not a good match, as there is no chemistry between yourself and the company personnel. There Is truly no way to know if you got the job until they offer Io you and you get it in writing. You could have the best interview in the world, but someone else may get the job because they were more qualified. I know it's stressful, but try to occupy yourself with something else while waiting, and don't forget to send a thank you note that is quick and too the point, but be sure to reiterate your interest in the position and why you would be a good fit! Good luck everyone!!

I finished my third final interview and waiting for the results next week. I think that the hiring manager was just like you described,. but today, regional manager was I don't know, bored. He didn't smile. Maybe he's just not a smiling person. First I didn't fully understand my exact role but he explained it to me and I explained why I am a good candidate for the job. What do you think? I mean the hiring manager was very nice and we talked like half an hour longer, but today with regional it was shorter. Hmm

There is a difference between "not smiling" and "being bored". Which one did you feel it was? And is the Regional Manager the person who the candidate report to? It all depends on who is the decision maker.

I had an interview yestarday. The Interview last for 1 hour. My English it's not good but I have good experience regarding the role, not specific but in the general field. I realised that during my first question the interviews looked to themselves maybe worried about my English. But I felt that the Interview runs well and the lead was asking me some details about my answers. I made them laugh and I am sure that I show them that I am a good team played. Sometimes I gave them 2 exemplos about the behavior questions. As I sad, my English it's not really good. The role is for Research Assistant, I am a Biomedical Scientist with 3 years experience in laboratory environment. In the end of the interview the lead told me that i should hear from them in the end of the week or beginning of the other, that they have more interviews to make.
Wasn't a bad interview and I know that it's hard to say based on this short story but what do you think? I am really worried because I really wanted the job

From what you are saying, you had a positive interviewing experience. It all went relatively well and you fit the position they are offering (well, you might even be overqualified), you also want the job and showed them your motivation. If they find someone just as qualified but with a fluent English, it would be hard to compete with this profile. However recruitment processes are never that easy and there are never tons of candidates for positions. Just give it them the time they asked you to come up with feedback. It's very important to manage your expectations and continue your job search.

(3 panels interviewer) everything went smoothly, they seemed very interested in me, many questions they asked me, and at the end of the interview ended with a (joke and laugh), and HR also asked me about my salary, and when could I start working if I got accepted.
and they also say that if Im shortlisted, I will have received feedback from them for at least two weeks or maybe less than two weeks by email or phone call. Bcouse as far as I know they have just opened for this vacancy, and I was the first candidate to be called in for an interview.

Unless they find someone with a more fitting profile, you are clearly one of the best options for this role. Did you agree with them how to follow up? Also when I followed up today the HR instantly replied that they are still in the interview process and will give me feedback shall I consider this as a positive sign?

Hi there, when the interviewer doesn't ask a lot of follow up questions that could mean either they have no doubts about your capabilities, or they already see little fit so they don't bother investigating further. It's hard to tell unless they are specifics of their reactions.
Also following up after less than 2 weeks is too soon. Let me know how it goes!
