Driving like that is extremely selfish because you only care about your enjoyment, and other people lives and property damage is not much of a concern to you. Licence suspension, big fine, and taking the car away is just for such actions. Go up into the mountains when there is nobody there and have all the fun you want and when u screw up, you don't hurt anybody.

I've maybe nearly caused 3 crashes in my year of driving, I've nearly been in well over a hundred because of other people. Just something for people to think about who are planing on doing this themselves, and if you hit someone it'll be your fault if you were speeding like that, regardless of who's fault it really was.
