just a wish, i think it would be really cool to have a segment at the very end where after the "pro" has learned a bit about marvel snap you throw the next card to release at them, and have them speculate on if it is going to be good, would be a fun experiment to see if they end up being right, and might make the video "live a bit longer" if u know what i mean?
Another thing to note about Omega red is that you only need to be winning by 1 point to win the location, so by winning by 10, you are effectively wasting 9 power to gain 8 power on the other locations, which is still a net negative.
Very cool video. I dont play snap but the card showcased are really creative. You also explains cards power very clearly so its easy to follow. Mbt is a amazing guest for this kind of show. Thanks
This guy is incredibly engaging. Like, so fun that I wish he was a Snap content creator. Great guest! I'd be interested for you to challenge one of these folks to evaluate Cerebro.
My friend saw it the first game I showed him marvel snap and he was like dude why’s that card have an insane animation and the rest and a sound byte lmao
This has been the best one yet. Never heard of him but MBT is hilarious and the synergy is palpable. Need him to get into snap bc i need more of him! Lol
9:00 I hope a yugioh archetype steals this idea. "(Quick effect) You can return this card to your deck, draw 1 card. This effect can only be used on your first turn, and may only be used once per turn."
I think one thing that never quite gets articulated when I see people analyzing why Omega Red is bad is that his effect doesn't even really give 8 points when you turn it on. It gives -1 points, because it costs overcommitting by 9 points on a lane you're already wining. Ms. marvel, on the other hand, lets you turn on extra power in the other lanes by adding power to those lanes naturally. It works with itself, where Omega Red works against itself.
Man I love MBT. I’m glad you had him on. I haven’t watched any of his stuff since master duel got me playing Yugioh again. But then the Snappening happened and this is my only game now haha
12:59 Something you didn’t clearly explain is that Lockjaw swaps them after triggering their battle cries and then triggers the new card battle cry, so you can think of Lockjaw as a Brann for On Reveal decks.
46:36 Missing the timing in Yugioh is that cards with conditional “when” effects can only be activated exactly after something happens. For example: If Deadpool were a “when” effect, it would not trigger after being destroyed by Venom since the last thing that happened was that Venom gained its power. But it would trigger if it was destroyed by Destroyer.
If you didnt know, there is a channel on YT, The Nando Cut (side-channel of Nando v Movies), who has started a series doing just this, starting with the current Planet Hulk season. Wouldnt say he is a super expert or anything, but definitely knows a lot more than the average person; his main thing is talking about superhero/comic films and shows, such as coming up with casting/story ideas for upcoming projects.
I love this series so much. It's always such a joy to watch. Thank you for doing this. Amazing guest too. Also, one thing I wish you did, every time you explain people that "there are 6 turns in snap", I always hope to see Magik among the cards x) Just a thought. It would be fun x)
One unique "advantage" YGO players have that other TCG players don't is that YGO teaches you very quickly that powerful card effects are king, and that stats are barely even an afterthought.
I dont play Yugioh like i used to but i still watch MBT here & there, i remember learning alot from him, i do play Master Duel sometimes but Snap is my main game, it's good to see him talk about it especially with you KM👍
MBT THE GOAT. Unsurprising that years of trying to make sense of how the hell YGO cards work primed him well for evaluating Snap cards. Hearing "missing the timing" again honestly gave me anxiety.
Holy you getting all the ygo guys let's go mbt is a funny dude too 😂. Okay I really thought mbt when asked about lockjaw would instantly say broken because of the ygo tearlaments meta which was the most insane meta ygo ever had and basically has a similar concept to lockjaw in a way especially gambling 😂
So, maybe the concept of Lockjaw is like Pendulum One/First Turn Kill (OTK/FTK) decks in Yugioh, where if the opportunity presents itself, you just get a win from the strat. All the other times you still play a decently capable deck that could still win an honest match
Hey i really want to get into the game and your channel is a big help. I just would love to see ( or hear rather) some background music. Maybe im just adhd but i think it would help
The fact that they made Agatha a literal in-game bot and then had to take measures to discourage botting because of it is the most 'surprised pikachu face' thing I've ever heard.
I would love to see a series where players of other card games must gues if a specific combo is good or bad. Maybe the guests from this series do a comeback. Would be pretty cool imo
@@KMBestInASnap dang that's what i was afraid of cause he did play this game for a while but i was hoping enough time passed he would want to hop on lolol
I used to be a huge jerk and play in such a way that I cheat Galactus out turn 5 and then Turn 6 Knull while also usually having a Wolverine on the board somewhere. Good times lol
Funnily enough. Galactus being mid is what makes him so good. I have seen Galactus once in the last 2 months but that one time put fear in my heart like nothing else could. I swear I'm winning snapped for 8 cubes. "There's no way I am los-" KNEEL BEFORE GALACTUS! "OH SHIT!"
20:30 people use Agatha decks to farm season pass XP. I believe they are built to be winning most lanes by turn three(?), then they retreat. You get XP points or winning lanes, not just winning the match.
I want you to eventually show the old ms. marvel to someone because I really want to see someone who correctly evaluates that one as disgustingly overpowered hahaha
Martyr is such a weird card. If it can move, the stronger it is, the worse of a card it is. However if it can't move the stronger it is the stronger it gets. It's such a weird one
mine as well discuss variants in marvel snap to him , cuz the gameplay Is light compared to Yu-Gi-Oh gameplay and deck builds. The art makes the game cool but the numbers , effects and deck planning can be confusing for newcomers.

This is a great idea!
Pretty cool idea honestly
Great idea I agree
Really good idea
Fantastic idea. Hope KM sees this :)
Aww MBT looks so normal here. He didn't even say Bussy or White Boy once!
He did say white boy when mentioning the podcast
So hype that you got MBT on here! Love it!
Another thing to note about Omega red is that you only need to be winning by 1 point to win the location, so by winning by 10, you are effectively wasting 9 power to gain 8 power on the other locations, which is still a net negative.
Best one yet, you guys have awesome synergy. Bring this dude back!
Whoa, what a crossover! Cool to see MBT here, I've watched him since before I ever played Marvel Snap
Right? One of the funniest yugitubers by far, glad to see him with more exposure
Very cool video. I dont play snap but the card showcased are really creative. You also explains cards power very clearly so its easy to follow. Mbt is a amazing guest for this kind of show. Thanks

He got me back into Yu-Gi-Oh after being out of it since 2006
Show him the Galactus voice line/animation and he will be unable to resist
My friend saw it the first game I showed him marvel snap and he was like dude why’s that card have an insane animation and the rest and a sound byte lmao
This has been the best one yet. Never heard of him but MBT is hilarious and the synergy is palpable. Need him to get into snap bc i need more of him! Lol
lol 1/30 Martyr, let’s go 🎉
9:00 I hope a yugioh archetype steals this idea. "(Quick effect) You can return this card to your deck, draw 1 card. This effect can only be used on your first turn, and may only be used once per turn."
Oh my god it's my favourite white boy!
Wait a second I think MBT is cooking, make lockjaw a 2/2 that switches himself when you play another card
I think one thing that never quite gets articulated when I see people analyzing why Omega Red is bad is that his effect doesn't even really give 8 points when you turn it on. @@kyleprobst6620 They're talking about Angel at that timestamp. How is that relevant to my comment about Omega Red?

For the record, I feel like this interaction should not work the way it does.
I never get tired of these episodes. The insight occasionally gained from non-Snap players logic-ing out cards is fascinating.
With Domino I just read "draw" and "2" in the same sentence and thought "wow this is really good". YuGiOh brain 😅
The progrussy!

oh, ok. that's actually not that complex.
Awesome guest. His ability to have nuanced insights about each of the cards without having played the game shows his level of mastery. Great content!
Still think it would be cool if you had a comic book expert rate if the card is a good representation of the actual character
If you didnt know, there is a channel on YT, The Nando Cut (side-channel of Nando v Movies), who has started a series doing just this, starting with the current Planet Hulk season.

I mean this guy seems to understand comics
I love MBT because of how knowledgeable he is on card games
I love this series so much. It's always such a joy to watch. Thank you for doing this. Amazing guest too.

Best and smartest guest you've had so far. Bring this guy back.
I NEED MORE OF THIS CONTENT
One unique "advantage" YGO players have that other TCG players don't is that YGO teaches you very quickly that powerful card effects are king, and that stats are barely even an afterthought.
What a soul read on most of that
These are my favorite snap videos by far, and I watch quite a few, thanks
Finally, a crossover to get me into Marvel Snap
I dont play Yugioh like i used to but i still watch MBT here & there, i remember learning alot from him, i do play Master Duel sometimes but Snap is my main game, it's good to see him talk about it especially with you KM👍
MBT THE GOAT. Unsurprising that years of trying to make sense of how the hell YGO cards work primed him well for evaluating Snap cards. Hearing "missing the timing" again honestly gave me anxiety.
As a yugioh player, with no knowledge of thiss game, galactus feels like the litmus test
I've watched MBT for years at this point but never wanted to play YGO.
This one video, and Jeff!, has made me strongly think about trying Snap.
The yugioh comment in the opener about clauses was funny as shit.
Did NOT expect to see a crossover between my favorite Yugituber and favorite Snap tuber but here we are, let's go!
Great episode! MBT had some great insights.
Love crossovers with other OCG youtubers. Would love to see you get silly with Magic the Noah some day haha
HELL YEAH MY BOY MBT
LFG!!!! I’ve been hoping this would happen!!
WHITE! 😂 unexpected colab! great video love you both!
This was easily the best one of these. Obviously you're at the discretion of the person you're interviewing to a certain extent, but he was great

Tbh outside of PendMagicians and Danger! Darkworld, something like that is considered Jank in Yugioh.
MBT! I cant wait to watch this one! Dude always kills me 😂
Thats such a great vid 👌🏻
Great guest
It's funny that the Agatha card also plays into the it was Agatha all along joke.
Ayeee MBT I watch that guy.
Martyr can be used well in the kill/destruction decks. Use it and then kill it for every points for Knull or venom
cant get enough of that white boy
Ohh, I didn’t realize they finally errata’d Angel to work from hand. I might rebuild my X-men deck.
I love that guy he is super colorful
when they Leech your Infininaut or Giganto lol
Great that the guest loves Marvel :)
Hey i really want to get into the game and your channel is a big help. I just would love to see ( or hear rather) some background music. Maybe im just adhd but i think it would help
i would also love to do this but im really afraid im gonna mess it up either via DMCA stuff or just setting the volume incorrectly lol
A card that says "shuffle a card from your hand back into your deck, draw 1" would make angel a bit better
I love that the miss marvel card uses the power of friendship in mechanics.
I was also annoyed at how quick and right he was
i love the martyr segment of these videos 😂
Another ver good video 👍👍, another galactus fan 😎😎
I'm an Agatha gamer. That America Chavez change really hurt my Agatha deck. RIP. o7
I like how I was misunderstanding darkhawk. He would give your opponents cards in their deck +2
20:35 What is patches?
Is a hearthstone card. Jumps out of the deck if you play a pirate.
marvel snap has always been good at printing complicated cards with simple and easily interpretable text
Nice got MBT now you just need to make it come full circle and get rarran on here lmao
hahaha i actually invited him but he knows too much about snap
@@KMBestInASnap dang that's what i was afraid of cause he did play this game for a while but i was hoping enough time passed he would want to hop on lolol
Everybodys opinion about Jeff! ever: "I just think he's neat"
As a yugioh player I kinda want to play this game now
I used to be a huge jerk and play in such a way that I cheat Galactus out turn 5 and then Turn 6 Knull while also usually having a Wolverine on the board somewhere. Good times lol
Dude mbt is the goat
Yoooooo MBT is the man
Mysterio resolving after her can allow here to stay ( in regards to Martyr ) Still not good lol
Alright now you gotta guess yugioh cards
Funnily enough. Galactus being mid is what makes him so good.
I have seen Galactus once in the last 2 months but that one time put fear in my heart like nothing else could. I swear I'm winning snapped for 8 cubes. "There's no way I am los-" KNEEL BEFORE GALACTUS! "OH SHIT!"
UATU REVEALS IF HE'S JUST IN YOUR DECK WHAT THE FUCK IT NEVER TELLS YOU THAT
20:30 people use Agatha decks to farm season pass XP. I believe they are built to be winning most lanes by turn three(?), then they retreat. You get XP points or winning lanes, not just winning the match.
I feel like martyr would be crazy if killmonger didn't kill the ability for kazaar decks to be viable
I dont know this guy at all. But man, he killed his insights.
Galactus is really good on goblin decks, just make the lane cloud up with - power and win with galactus
He doesnt mention how agatha prioritizes playing herself unless she doesnt do that anymore
MBT My big tooshie 😊
I want you to eventually show the old ms. marvel to someone because I really want to see someone who correctly evaluates that one as disgustingly overpowered hahaha
I'd also argue angel is really good in the context of how early you get him
Agatha actually only gets boosters for herself when you play her
would uatu work at a 6/12??
1/30
Martyr is such a weird card. If it can move, the stronger it is, the worse of a card it is. However if it can't move the stronger it is the stronger it gets. It's such a weird one
Yo the watcher was sick back in the day
I mean the new buff for Omega Red makes him better I think
Uatu has a vfx showing he activates, so the opp knows you have uatu
mine as well discuss variants in marvel snap to him , cuz the gameplay Is light compared to Yu-Gi-Oh gameplay and deck builds. The art makes the game cool but the numbers , effects and deck planning can be confusing for newcomers.
Agatha Harkness is the Yubel of Marvel Snap.
LET'S GOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
35:48
Let. Him. Cook.
I’m 4 minutes in, this guy is gonna kill it 😮
KM baiting him by using the best Angel variant. 😂😂
Man, he was good! I loved the reaction to Galactus, but now base Jeff has been ruined for me
FYI Agatha is the only card that gets boosters when you have her in your deck so its not a great booster farmer.
