It's quite an old joke. They used to use variations of it on Beyond Our Ken, Round The Horne, The Goon Show, I'm Sorry I Haven't A Clue...

Agreed though I adore Greg in everything he does. That particular moment is classic. The glee in Jimmy's voice and face. The rest of the panel. Of course Greg's abject horror as well...

I remember one guest on the Taskmaster podcast joking that it would have been fun to see Alex with him cause Sean kinda scares him. (he meant it as a joke obviously I know he was a big fan)
I read somewhere Alex asked him and he said "I'm not doing your shit." Sounds about right from Sean so I can believe it haha

@@jeffcarey3045 I don't think the dictionary has enough words to describe the feeling. It's more of a sensation. The best way to describe it would be a fragrance. Like the smell of rotten eggs and a flaming bag of cat poop.

I was in the audience for the Chris Eubank meeting Greg episode, it was genuinely one of the funniest things I've ever seen!

You should do a collection of all of the "Rachel Riley on Strictly" jokes.
Would get boring quickly that way - its really just the same joke every time. On the other hand another 5 minutes of Rachel is never wasted.

The Greg Davies clip on here REALLY makes me want a Taskmaster final task (as in, the one on the stage at the end of each episode) to be "Do your best impression of Chris Eubank performing what's written on your card" or something similar.

Just to blow everybody's minds he should do it in the trashiest wifebeaters, dirty shorts, flip flops maybe (that's kinda the outfit du jeur for trashy folks here in America, that or a t shirt that's wayyyy too big, baggy jeans falling down around your ankles, and shoes more expensive than your own car that don't fit either, ideally with a stolen glock falling outta the trousers : p) it would be amazing either way though, great idea ha

Give him one of the gag tasks that’s just for him and have him have to emote different facial expressions
Jimmy recently did a Q&A on Reddit and was asked about it.
He joked for a bit saying the fee wasn’t good enough but seriously said that the scheduling wouldn’t work since Jimmy is on tour solidly for the next 2 years at least.

Unfair to who? Lol. They each have their dedicated videos with their names. This is more akin to tipping the hat for being a successful series
@@imalwaysright1408 Hm I see your point but I'd say that's debatable.
I say, an independent who has his own recognizable brand and who appeared for one season in another show that has plenty of seasons and people, would be a bit annoyed to suddenly be just part of another brand's team when they are in a totally different show.
It's an arbitrary, kind of biased enclosure they create that way. Once they are out of Taskmaster, they are their own independent brand again, not part of another show that's gone even when they attend new shows. That's now how they want to be remembered.
Maybe it's just me projecting from my own field where these things do happen, but maybe it's somewhat true.
Though in the end, who cares :D. I was vaguely triggered that's all.

I'm a yank, so I only see these on TH-cam, but isn't a Taskmaster contestant and a Countdown contestant pretty interchangeable.
British comedy is basically the same comedians doing the rounds on the same 5-6 variety shows interminably
