I just saw this clip on Brad Mondo's channel and I am gobsmacked! I'm growing my blonde color off. 10+yrs of the same box lightest natural blonde by L'Oréal. I've never seen my hair without color on it since I was 12(my mom wanted me to stay bright blonde instead of embrace my color darkening). I have lots of white up front but the rest is dark blonde with salt. I need you! Peace❤

The music was just sound effects for the video. He did not have it playing in real life. Also, the volume button on your phone should adjust sound settings if something you are listening to is too loud or quiet. Hope that helps :)
WoW, that was a big job! You are quite the professional! I recently allowed my natural grey to appear and am actually loving it. The purple hair products help with enhancing my grey color. And of course I did thinking that she knew what she was talking about. Well I have long hair and my hair is blonde!!😢 Now my roots are coming in and I don't know how to get my silver hair back. I'm not fortunate enough to have the money to get done what you did for your Mom. It looks beautiful! After you blew her hair out. I literally cried. My husband doesn't like short hair and we live in Florida and we go a lot of places, but I don't want to go anywhere anymore because of my hair. It will depend on the health and condition of your hair, but as long as your hair is in good condition, you should be able to do this. Several of my transformations are clients from other stylists who said they couldn’t go silver.

You need a silver or gray colored toner. The one you need to make your hair silver really depends on what your hair needs for cancelling out the warmth. Silver can only be achieved on hair that is the lightest blonde. If your blonde is not light enough, you can only achieve a gray tone. I often mix many shades together to make the perfect toner.

Yes, finding the right balance is so important. I have another video series "The Journey to Silver" - we tried silver, then white and finally decided to do silver with some darker underneath. Naturally, she is more white, but that's not the color she was happiest with so we just add in the colors she wants to see. You should check it out.

Hi! Black color is a bit harder to lift out, but not impossible. There are a lot of factors that determine the level of difficulty to remove artificial color. Box color is much more difficult to lift out of hair vs professional color. It also depends on how often and with what product that you refresh the ends of your hair. I’d really recommend sitting down with a stylist that specializes in color corrections (particularly going to silver) and have a consultation. This is a lengthy process and for your darker hair, it may take more than one session to achieve your desired result. Also know, there is a possibility that this isn’t possible on all heads of hair. Some colors are just too stubborn and will not lift out. Some hair is not healthy enough to make it thru the process. Hopefully, this answers some of your questions! Let me know if you decide to go for it!

I went all silver 7 years ago , hairdressers put a platinum blonde dye on my dark blonde hair until my own silver hair grew , never looked back, get compliments as well . Hair in better condition just use purple wash in.
I wish I lived near your shop so I could get this fabulous look. I am elderly and am having a hard time trying to cover my greys by highlighting my dark brown/grey blonde. It is too much for me now and I'm ready to go completely silver. Unfortunately, my income is very low & I've been waiting for the 2nd stimulus check to arrive, which we all know is now going to take weeks and weeks. Is there a way I could strip my hair completely and then use a toner? I'm on the verge of shaving my head and that idea makes me want to cry. I have no one who could help me put all of the wraps in my hair. Help! I'm desperate!
Thank you. I know growing out your gray can be a pain, especially when it becomes difficult to get to a salon. I wouldn’t recommend trying to strip your color at home, as this is a pretty intense process and can result in a number of outcomes. You’d definitely want a salon with an arsenal of colors and treatments available to be able to correct any unwanted tones in your color and minimize damage. Even my mom’s color required additional maintenance after this first appointment. Unfortunately, hair that has been processed will not naturally maintain a silver tone. It require additional toning periodically until it has grown out and gets cut off.

I wish I lived near your shop so I could get this fabulous look. I am elderly and am having a hard time trying to cover my greys by highlighting my dark brown/grey blonde. It is too much for me now and I'm ready to go completely silver. Unfortunately, my income is very low & I've been waiting for the 2nd stimulus check to arrive, which we all know is now going to take weeks and weeks. Is there a way I could strip my hair completely and then use a toner? I'm on the verge of shaving my head and that idea makes me want to cry. I have no one who could help me put all of the wraps in my hair. Help! I'm desperate!
Thank you. I know growing out your gray can be a pain, especially when it becomes difficult to get to a salon. I wouldn’t recommend trying to strip your color at home, as this is a pretty intense process and can result in a number of outcomes. You’d definitely want a salon with an arsenal of colors and treatments available to be able to correct any unwanted tones in your color and minimize damage. Even my mom’s color required additional maintenance after this first appointment. Unfortunately, hair that has been processed will not naturally maintain a silver tone. It require additional toning periodically until it has grown out and gets cut off.
@@ChuckEdwardsHair Thank you so much for you honest reply. I'm so afraid to go through this process by myself at home. If I lose all of my hair, I guess it will be time to buy a wig! LOL - most wigs looks better than my natural hair anyway.
