Beautiful!❤ is grey highlights or color complicated in terms of maintenance?I’m actually having ice blond highlights on grey growing hair but dark at the back. I’d love grey “lowlights” as too many highlights now, my hairdresser is reluctant to go it saying it will go yellow or brassy quick, my hair does tend to get these unwanted shades indeed though I do use purple shampoo at each wash (once a week) . I’d be happy to visit you but unfortunately I’m in France😢

I love Brazilian Blowout Shine and Define Polish for that. A tiny bit goes a long way and it’s pretty good at adding weight to those hairs with a mind of their own and helps them lay down and stay put.
great video! I'm in Santa Fe, TX. I have a friend with a silver hair gone yellowish, and then her hairdraiser has been trying to fix it back to her natural silver shade to no avail. She said she's tried everything, but the truth is that my friend gets a keratin treatment every 2-3 months and the hot tool has played a key role in the yellow coloration. the last time she said her hairdresser put some kind of mixture that made the hair orange, and she told her not to worry that it will not stay orange. Well, her hair's yellowish color issue got remedied a little but every time she washed her her it will get lighter and lighter (like a mocha-cinammon color) and she wants it back to silver. Im in cosmetology school 1 class from graduating and i want to help her. can you do a video on that to be more specific? this one is good, but i need to see steps and bowls and proper application of each toner. Gracias!

I recently was persuaded by my daughters to go to my natural color, that being white on the top and the sides and back are salt and pepper. I have colored my hair for over two decades with L’Oréal’s Majirel 9.1 (very light ash blonde) making my hair a very neutral platinum blonde. I didn’t think the transition would be to difficult, but I have had it done twice now and I’m $325 in and the color is awful. It’s not silver or white at all, in fact it just looks the same but a hint lighter and warmer. The bleach she has used has torched my hair which before this was super healthy. She says it takes time and wants me back a third time. That wont be happening though I WISH you were closer to me (Baton Rouge) as you seem to know exactly how to work this process! I have watched many of your videos now, and am super impressed with your results. If I could add pictures to this post I would to show you how badly my experience of trying to go grey was. Keep up the great work Chuck and thank you for sharing!
Oh no. I’m sorry to hear that! This is definitely a specialty service and a lot of stylists don’t know how to achieve the look. Unless your hair was previously colored darker, you likely should be able to get silver/gray results in one sitting. Or at least silver/gray pieces.

It turned out so pretty. I want to do this because I'm so grey. Want to embrace the grey! I'm wanting some mermaid highlights in mine. Not real bright colors but just subtle highlights.

Sorry! Our salon Christmas tree is where my camera normally sits so I wasn’t able to get the best angle. When I’d check, it was in focus, but as soon as I turned back, I guess focus was jumping around. Hopefully that will be solved in all upcoming videos, as the tree is coming down soon and my camera can go back to it’s normal angle.

the darker layer DOES add depth!! Nice! Is Fav4 texture takeover similar to IGK Beach Club?
Texture takeover is like hairspray, dry shampoo and texturizer all mixed together. I’ve never found another product like it.
