You can put butcher paper instead of the teflon sheet between the layers and it will not allow the ink to bleed to the back. You should also use butcher paper on top instead of the teflon sheet because if it bleeds through it is now on your teflon sheet and may transfer to your next project.
You are too cute. Your comments just bring a smile to my face. You make it fun and relaxing to watch you. I’m a grandma and I just love it when I can watch kind young people like yourself. Be blessed.
I love your t-shirts. Thank you so much for sharing. The shirt you are wearing in this video - I would love to have a link to the letters. Would you please share? 😊
Girl I love the shirt and I love watching everything u come up with and I can’t wait to try making one and I always love the little quotes u say after every live ❤️
Love the shirt...glad it was a unanimous staff decision that you keep the shirt 😆...thanks for the tutorial...can't wait to try this...never thought of bleaching the sleeves
I have some of these shirts, and was gonna do babies h test. But now I know they will look bomb! Can’t wait to bleach tomorrow. You’re living life on the edge with the Teflon sheet on the inside 😅 I learned my lesson when I had ghosting from a prior image on a my shirt. Now I use butcher paper or computer paper instead!
Awww that’s so sweet of your grandparents and your mama. May God continue to bless them all. “Me and my staff” 😂😂😂 definitely something I would do, loveeee how they came out!!
Very cute shirt! 🥰 I recommend using a sprayer vs a spray bottle. Spray bottles wear out very quickly and stop working. The sprayers hold more bleach so you can do more shirts in a short amount of time. 😊
sorry a quick question so on this one you dont need to spray any thing before the image goose down? so in oher words can we sublimate on white cotton or a bleached shirt with no problems .
I do have a few questions. 😅 Once you spray the peroxide on it after bleaching, do you let it dry before washing? And when you do wash, do you use cold, warm, or hot water? Thank you so much for the amazing tutorial!! Your shirts are SO cute!
Both shirts look awesome. Where did you find the Amuck design? I purchased one on Etsy that was identical but it ended up looking like a cheap screenshot and is unusable
Love this. The shirt you used was not heathered? I was reading that you need to use heathered for the bleached area to be white? Which actual shirt did you purchase from Jiffy thx
soo cute!! I'm scared to not use a pillow press for the sleeves but none of the ones I have fit in. Looks like yours came out just perfect without one!
so are you using the teflon sheet on all the stuff you do because everyone always says not to do that. Just wonding if you have had any bad luck with it? like it getting ink on it .
Oh my gosh! I just found your channel! I wanna do thaaaaat!🤩💜 So are all of the shirts like that on Etsy custom like yours? Or are there print on demand shops that do it?....would you do print on demand? Thanks Courtney!
Girlfriend, helpppp. I order from jiffy too but the Bella canvas I ordered say 52/48 (poly being 48 just in case I did that in the wrong order lol) but I’m hoping they’ll work. Next time though is there a certain thing I should be looking for on Bella? They do say heather like the gildan colors but I wasn’t expecting only 48 for the poly count
My sublimation looks dull. Is my heat too hot ? Recommendations say 400 degrees. But it looks like it's over heating. I have a full heat press not just the cricuit press .
I can never get a bright end result when I sublimate on bleached shirts and I always get scorch marks from my Cricut east press 2 and I feel like that has something to do with the not bright image. Any ideas ?
I’ve been wanting to do this but, instead of doing the sublimation I wanna just use vinyl then do the bleach over it.. I’ve seen someone try it that way and with the rit dye!! Super cute shirts!!!!!! That Hocus Pocus tumbler I’m working on would go great with the shirt!!!
I wanted the wide printer and ended up not paying attention and got the sg500 and it only does small prints. Just wanted to make sure this is the wide printer.
Ok thank you. Do you by chance have the ink listed as well? I couldn’t find your unboxing video so I figured I ask. My apologies for all the questions.

Aww thank you so much!
Love love love the leopard sleeves!!! 😍😍😍 and whatever ink your using is sooo pigmented!! Absolutely perfect and so cute!!! 🥰🥰🥰
Also love how cute that shirt is
Thank you!
Hi Courtney. I hoping to see if you can do a video on bleach sublimation on a hoodie sweatshirt. With the cold days upon us. Thank you.
Love the shirt...glad it was a unanimous staff decision that you keep the shirt 😆...thanks for the tutorial...can't wait to try this...never thought of bleaching the sleeves
Thanks for watching!

“Me and my staff” 😂😂😂 definitely something I would do, loveeee how they came out!!
Yes they are the best!!
And lol I have pretty awesome staff 😂
Charmaine can you post what kind of sprayer your talking about, thanks
Courtney you are so precious and love your tutorials! This is one of my favs! 🦋💜
Thank you so much!!
Very cute shirt! 🥰 I recommend using a sprayer vs a spray bottle. Spray bottles wear out very quickly and stop working. The sprayers hold more bleach so you can do more shirts in a short amount of time. 😊
The spray bottle is cheap amd gives a splatter look. Sprayers give a mist. Totally different effect.
Thank you for this! I am new and will be trying this !
Both shirts are super cute I'm obsessed with fall also
Thanks!! It’s my favorite!!
That shirt is absolutely adorable!! I don’t blame you for keeping it!! I may need to give that shirt bleaching a try!!
Thanks Carla!💜
Haha you're funny! Thank you for showing us how to do this! Love it!
Can I use 100% cotton shirts if I’m just doing vinyl on them but wanting the bleached look? Will it adhere just as well?
I love it! “Me and my staff”
Lol thank you!
It's like you're in my head! I was just talking to my husband about starting shirts last night! This is so adorable 😍😍😍
Lol I’m glad I could help!
Love the Shirts !! Where Do you get your sublimation Paper from??
Thanks! I get mine from Amazon
sorry a quick question so on this one you dont need to spray any thing before the image goose down? so in oher words can we sublimate on white cotton or a bleached shirt with no problems .
Love it!!! I love the Cheetah/leopard print on the sleeves in in the iron on itself it’s amazing. 💜💜💜💜
Thank you Patti💜
LOVE this shirt, I think I may have to try this!
I do have a few questions. 😅
Once you spray the peroxide on it after bleaching, do you let it dry before washing?
And when you do wash, do you use cold, warm, or hot water?
Thank you so much for the amazing tutorial!! Your shirts are SO cute!
Thank you! I don’t let the peroxide dry, and I use cold water 💜
I really enjoy your videos! Your energy is amazing. Rarely I’m able to keep myself watching all the way but your enthusiasm is awesome!
Aww thank you so much!!
I'm MeMaw too so shout out to yours...Great video
Thanks so much!
Both shirts look awesome. Where did you find the Amuck design? I purchased one on Etsy that was identical but it ended up looking like a cheap screenshot and is unusable
Mine was from Etsy as well
Oh I love this!! 💕I haven’t tried bleaching a shirt yet lol you make everything look super easy!!
Thank you!!
Love this. The shirt you used was not heathered? I was reading that you need to use heathered for the bleached area to be white? Which actual shirt did you purchase from Jiffy thx
Is it the same process for bleaching a hoodie 50/50 blend? i intend to use vinyl or printable transfer vinyl for the design
Love, love, love ...awesome tutorial as always
Thank you so much!
It turned out awesome! I love the cheetah sleeves and fall image🧡🎃🔥
Thank you!!
Love the shirt! Did you have to use that spray since you bleached a cotton shirt? I’m new to sublimation.
hi have a question so i know you talked about a printer was it and printer can can print the image or is it for sub.?
I would of kept it to, that is super cute!!
Lol thank you!
How do you get your bleach to get so white? Mine dont turn out real white like yours and I leave on the bleach till its dry
So cute! Love that shirt!
Thank you Krissie!
soo cute!! I'm scared to not use a pillow press for the sleeves but none of the ones I have fit in. Looks like yours came out just perfect without one!
Too cute- great tutorial ❤
Thank you! 😊
looks so so good! What do you do for your bleach mixture?
Thank you! I just use straight bleach
Thank you so much for doing this!!! Also, that shirt is SOOOO cute!
Thank you 💜💜
this was so thoroughly explained. ty so much ❤
How do you keep the design from washing out of the shirt?
TYVM for this awesome share - how’s your little fur baby doing?
Thank you! He’s okay. For now he’s on a special diet and medicine
@@CourtneysCustoms a
So cuuute!
Thank you!
Very cute shirt! Love it!! 😊💜
Thank you!
Thank you for video ! It looks great 💯❤️ can't wait to try
Thank you 💜
LADY!!!I love it. Are you going to sell sublimation designs. I don't have a sublimation printer and would love to make a shirt like that!
Thank you!! I don’t sell prints, but there’s a website called Lookin’ Sharp Subs that has tons of really great prints!
Love the shirt!
Thank you!!
we have the same heat press in the same color😎
what paper did you use? I also have the Epson 15000. your shirt is adorable.
Thank you! I used Hayes paper
hi you said 60/40 is it 60 cotton 40 polly or the other way?
so are you using the teflon sheet on all the stuff you do because everyone always says not to do that. Just wonding if you have had any bad luck with it? like it getting ink on it .
Yes I use a Teflon sheet. I’ve never had any issues
Those are super cute!! Have you seen the faux bleached shirts? So much easier & they don’t get holes in them.
Thank you! No I haven’t seen those I’ll have to look
Love the shirt! I’m finally getting to purchase my sublimation printer and I was wondering what sub ink you use.
Thank you!! Right now my printer is filled with WOKOK ink
I LOVE IT YOU DID AWESOME
Thank you!
@@CourtneysCustoms youre welcome
Was this the womans tshirt that you used to do this shirt?
So cute!!!
Could you bleach and sublimate on the back as well if you wanted to?
Absolutely!
Absolutely perfect, love it!
Thank you 💜
Oh my gosh! I just found your channel! I wanna do thaaaaat!🤩💜
So are all of the shirts like that on Etsy custom like yours? Or are there print on demand shops that do it?....would you do print on demand? Thanks Courtney!
I’m sure there are print on demand shops out there!! I don’t do shirts often enough to consider doing that though
Do you add Teflon in the sleeves so it don’t print to back? Same for the bleach?
Not for the sleeves. But when I bleached I did put a piece of wax paper between the shirt
Great Job!!
Thank you!
where did you get the images on the shirt you're wearing? it's so cute
I have them linked in the description 💜
Do you use straight bleach?also when you use the peroxide do you cover the entire shirt with that if you make other splatters of bleach on the shirt?
Yes straight bleach. And anything with bleach on it I spray with peroxide
Such a cute shirt, I have to get on that soon, busy with cups sigh
Thank you! They’re so fun
Awesome ❤❤❤ TY
I want make my own i have no idea what theme for summer but fall i do and winter lol
You made this look so easy. I've been scared to try bleaching. Can you sublimate a shirt without bleaching?
It’s so much fun! And you can sublimate a white or super light colored shirt without bleaching. But if the shirt is too dark you won’t see the image
You should make a template off of that sleeve that you cut and save it
SOOOOOOOOOOOOO CUTE!
I have the same heat press but the smaller version now do I use the timer on my heat press? It just beeps at me
what kind of bleach are you using? I did not get to see what it was in the video. Thanks.
It’s just Great Value brand bleach
This is so cute!
Thank you!
What heat press are you using ?
Love it!!
Thank you!
Try to find 60/40 counts. 60 being poly. 50/50 will work but it’ll fade a bit in the washer
My sublimation looks dull. Is my heat too hot ? Recommendations say 400 degrees. But it looks like it's over heating. I have a full heat press not just the cricuit press .
I would drop it down to 385!
Do you reuse your Teflon sheets? Does the ink transfer to the Teflon sheets?
Yes💜
Do you mix water with the beach? Or straight bleach?
Straight bleach
Can you link this exact shirt? I can’t find the burnt orange
www.jiffyshirts.com/bellacanvas-3001CVC.html?ac=Heather+Autumn
Is this the wide print for subs?
What can you do if it's not alot of sun outside?
Love it!
Thank you💜
How long do you let it sit to make it white? Mine still comes out orange not fully white.
About 20 minutes
I love it 😻
Thank you 💜
Love these shirts!! What type of printer do you use?
Never mind!! Just saw you have it linked in the description 🤪
Lol!
Super cute
I can never get a bright end result when I sublimate on bleached shirts and I always get scorch marks from my Cricut east press 2 and I feel like that has something to do with the not bright image. Any ideas ?
I’m not a fan of the easy press. That could be the whole problem
@@CourtneysCustoms okay thank you!
@@CourtneysCustoms what is the polyester count of this shirt?
I’ve been wanting to do this but, instead of doing the sublimation I wanna just use vinyl then do the bleach over it.. I’ve seen someone try it that way and with the rit dye!! Super cute shirts!!!!!! That Hocus Pocus tumbler I’m working on would go great with the shirt!!!
Thank you!! I want to see the end result of your shirt 😍
@@CourtneysCustoms girl I got you covered!! 😃
what kind of sub printer do you have?
Epson ET 15,000
Do you use a unisex shirt? Or the ladies?
Unisex
I wanted the wide printer and ended up not paying attention and got the sg500 and it only does small prints. Just wanted to make sure this is the wide printer.
Yes this prints wide
Ok thank you. Do you by chance have the ink listed as well? I couldn’t find your unboxing video so I figured I ask. My apologies for all the questions.
🎉super cute
Thank you! 🤗
Cute!
Thank you!
What kind of sublimation ink do you use?
I believe for this one it was WOKOK ink
@@CourtneysCustoms thank you!
How do you keep bleach bleeding to the back!
You can add a piece of cardboard inside the shirt
@@CourtneysCustoms I do that but after I take the shirt off and put it the washer is when this is happening.
is this on 100 percent cotton
No this was a 60/40 blend
Hi cute were you said that you buy the tshrit
Thank you! I have the link in the description
@@CourtneysCustoms ok thanks I didn't see
