Just received the dash cam and tried to fit it to my Australian 2023 NX250.
Does not fit correctly. Not able to use the OEM cover that fits directly under the mirror. Also not able to use the supplied cover that goes directly under the mirror as it is larger than the OEM cover and can not be fitted.

2. A very long wire is needed to connect them, and the rear cam is installed on the rear windshield.
3. The installation of the rear cam is difficult. We do not have detailed installation tutorials for each car. So it is recommended to let professional personnel install it.

I super excited to install it after I got it today, however I’m a bit disappointed that it doesn’t come with a parking mode. What’s the point of getting a dash cam if it turns off when I turn off my car

Hello,
Because this plug has no power when parked, the camera does not have a parking mode. If you need parking mode, the camera needs to be connected to a fuse box for power.

Good product but the installation is not as easy as the video shown. Every part is tough to remove. I accidentally broke one of tenon on the dash cam. Be careful about it.
