Hi Shifu, thanks for another great video. Wow, 20 minutes. I struggled with the 2 minutes one in week 12 it was I think. Will give it a go. Out of interest what Matt do you use as the foam yoga one I use makes farting noises while stretching and sit ups etc.

It's not just about arm strength, it's also about strengthening the core. Build up little by little each day and you'll get there.

It's a Liforme, and I have other cheaper mats underneath to give a bit of cushioning and stop the noise for my neighbour.
