If you are new to soapmaking, you gotta read the classic book "The Everything Soapmaking Book" by Alicia Grosso. In it, the author gives beginners a great overview of soapmaking from ingredients to recipes to insider tips. I'm sharing a classic recipe from the book for an olive oil, coconut, and castor oil soap. The author writes that this recipe produces a hard bar that lathers well. After making this recipe several times and testing out the bars, I have to agree.
For a twist, I made this a kitchen soap. The baking soda deodorized hands and softens them. Meanwhile the coffee grounds help remove dirt and grime.

If you can't tell already, I LOVE making hot process soap.

I believe it would be nice if you would list your ingredients as you add them to your recipe; and if you would give instructions how to cook them. I’m a beginner and I can’t say that I’ve learnt much from watching. You’ll definitely get more followers if you do tutorials.
