Most capstone encounters in the game are lore-implied to only happen once. Most mechanic-bosses brought back are just big monsters or titles, or are atlas-impression phantoms. But you fight, and kill, the Trialmaster as a character every time. He remembers you doing it. Chaos just says "nah, that didn't happen, even though it did, which it didn't, because it did" and remakes all realities, timelines, and perceptions, just so Ixchel can keep suffering. Since Chaos and Order do intervene if anything swings too far in one direction, and they both have conceptual-level-immortality that apparently can act even if they don't exist anymore (eldritch fundamental force beings are weird), they don't need Fate Manipulation, they just adjust the current nested infinite multiverse to one where the person who manipulated fate in the first place does so in a more favorable manner to them. You're mashing two-dimensional squares into three-dimensional cubes, and acknowledging that in a world of mashed cubes, some of these are multiverses already so that's making 4-dimensional tesseracts when they merge, but PoE is actually a baseline-hypercube/5-D setting. Luckily for the other settings, Chaos and Order don't want to "win". They like winning as a process, but not winning as an outcome. They will adjust Crisis On Infinite ARPGs to go on for perpetuity, to maximize both Chaos and Order. But because Ixchel can interact with the world while being Chaos' pet project, he can simply Be, and that severely limits fate-manipulators, since their actions will have already been done, they're stuck in a fixed meta-timeline where their actions of changing fate... are fated to happen. To all of them at the same time, so none of them can alter each-others pre-determined fate alterations.
So order and chaos have absolute control over fate of as a minimun the whole of path of exile and whoever comes across them their destiny even wich actions change their own destiny are also spected changes in that same line of fate, gawd deam
52:15 I just want to point out that necromancy (a school of magic) is overpowered in Divinity: Original Sin 2. It allows you to become nearly unkillable for a short time. By killing yourself and then resurrecting another person, you can share the damage you take with them. Some NPCs even had the ability to do this for multiple people at once. When you combine all these abilities, you can create a character who nearly kills themselves, resurrects another, and deals their life as damage (which is piercing, meaning it bypasses armor), all without spending Source points. With Source, you can do it even faster or more frequently.

I actually can see the Titan Slayer actually winning if he gets to the Forge of creation. Now if he goes found by the god of humans from Divinity and becomes a sorcerer. Pretty sure that God will give him comrades. Going around the world finding more magic, powers and systems to use. Probably getting more blessings from good to gods and goddesses that actually like him. There are also give him comrades to help help him on his journey. There's going to be a lot of dead allies on the journey but increase his odds by a lot. If an area gets completely taken over by chaos he might even learn the magic of the demons and chaos. Now when he finds out about Chaos since the other gods will tell them. I can actually see one of the gods of knowledge or just a well-informed god sending him to the forge of creation from the Path of Exile's. If the Titan Slayer ever finds that with the power of source knowing his character he might actually use that to make a God or a protector to fight chaos if he finds out he can't do it himself. Modeled after him. The other option is using that forge to help him increase his power to help him create something to help him defeat chaos and these other evil gods. I can see that happening if the cards fall right for him.

You didn’t listen. It’s not about learning new magics. All protagonists learn new magic that’s what leveling up is. Titan Slayer is the only one shown doing it over multiple universes, disciplines and sources. Magic in Diablo is the same across the board and comes from the same source, Anu. Greek Magic isn’t the same as Norse magic but Titan Slayer can master both and he can do it very quickly.
@rougarabid I did listen was just pointing out that a few characters in diablo are shown trying to seek out other power sources and might be able to tap into the source. Don't mean they could but they'd be willing to try to learn
You should make another video with more grounded universes that are more on the city to building level of power and see how different armys or and kingdoms make interact

I hated the Magic/Physical Armour system in D:OS2. It really killed the fun of mixing it up in co-op the way the first D:OS had. It's of course still a great game, but that aspect of it really disappointed me
Based on your own description of the mind set in Titan Quest, do you think the Titan Slayer would trust the God who would choose him as a godwoken? It would definitely make for some interesting character development
The only thing I disagree with other than the magic armor how it works in Divinity is that every group would simply just jump the void. And one of the reasons the void works because of the source which is different from normal magic.
It’s kinda weird to put physical-magic armor system as the main point in Divinity universe when it’s present only in 1 of 6 divinity games. Not to mention that most of the characters can withstand only two or three hits before their armor breaks

In Diablo, your character is not just some normal human. In fact, your not human at all; you literally have godly powers and abilities: eventually becoming more powerful than all the angels and demons. You even kill death himself/itself.
Depends on which Diablo you’re talking about but it doesn’t matter either way. All these universes have godly level beings and protagonists of all of them become stupidly powerful. Diablo is the least impressive in that regard.
Umm actually!! BG3 is a CRPG!... nah, just here to say that D&D in terms of all it's settings is a massive multiverse, almost to massive to be honest with an expansive cosmology on top of that. However what I think would be even cooler would be this but for TTRPG settings in general. It would be really cool to see what happens when Eberron collides with Earth from the World of Darkness setting and the world of Cyberpunk or Shadow run, which is basically Cyberpunk but with elves and magic. Also thanks to how many verses have a tabletop game at this point you'd have free reign to pick from so many different settings all the way from something like Pokemon to Game of Thrones.
Diablo also has Diablo himself worki g for them, Diablo, despite being the youngest Prime Evil, hes a master tactician, i mean he's planning several dozen centuries ahead. He orchestrated the banishment of the Prime Evil's so they could, i guess legally, get into Sanctuary. He planned to become the Prime Evil the moment Zultan Kuhl made the Black Soulstone, Diablo 3 is the culmination of all the Diablo games that he had planned out perfectly. The moment he learns a thing, it immediately factors i to his plans. The Nephlim became the strongest being in all of Diablo aside from big dead daddy himself. He slayed Prime Diablo, but Diablo did what he set out to do and that was raze Heaven. The angels are to occupied with their own realms corruption they cant focus on Sanctuary now. Its just down to Inarus, corrupted by Diablo himself, cleaning up his own mess
That’s entirely up to your build but I’d disagree. Every character especially in the endgame has both. They might have more of one than the other but they still have both.

I haven't finished the video yet but it sounds like this isn't Crisis on Infinite Earths, this sounds more like Convergence, the 2015 story where entire cities from different universes are forced to fight each other for the right for their survival! Crisis is about universes coming TOGETHER to fight a single shared threat that is trying to erase them.
It’s not following the plot of Crisis just the event. The idea that all these universes become one. If they do they will fight each other because most are based on conquering and destruction. Diablo, The God King, Elder, etc all being who thrive on destruction and mass murder. There will not be peace.
@rougarabid True... But the thing is, it doesn't just mash them together as they already are, the world is shaped so that it's as if they were never separate in the first place. History and the rules of the new world would be vastly different from the four composite universes, so things may not be as straightforward as "this group of people will win out of this group of people because this is how things worked when they were their own separate worlds," because they'd be adapted to be more consistent with one another. If they're exactly the same as before, that's not Crisis, that's still just Convergence.
How about: Can these post apocalyps survivors reconnect the 'Chiro network' in 'Death Stranding'. Have like, the Courier from fallout New Vegas. Max from Mad Max. As some examples. Who else would be good? I'm blanking.

He planned to become the Prime Evil the moment Zultan Kuhl made the Black Soulstone, Diablo 3 is the culmination of all the Diablo games that he had planned out perfectly. The moment he learns a thing, it immediately factors i to his plans. The Nephlim became the strongest being in all of Diablo aside from big dead daddy himself. He slayed Prime Diablo, but Diablo did what he set out to do and that was raze Heaven. The angels are to occupied with their own realms corruption they cant focus on Sanctuary now. Its just down to Inarus, corrupted by Diablo himself, cleaning up his own mess

That’s entirely up to your build but I’d disagree. Every character especially in the endgame has both. They might have more of one than the other but they still have both.

Hold on... You keep talking like these universes are gonna fight each other... I haven't finished the video yet but it sounds like this isn't Crisis on Infinite Earths, this sounds more like Convergence, the 2015 story where entire cities from different universes are forced to fight each other for the right for their survival! Crisis is about universes coming TOGETHER to fight a single shared threat that is trying to erase them.
It’s not following the plot of Crisis just the event. The idea that all these universes become one. If they do they will fight each other because most are based on conquering and destruction. Diablo, The God King, Elder, etc all being who thrive on destruction and mass murder. There will not be peace.

True... But the thing is, it doesn't just mash them together as they already are, the world is shaped so that it's as if they were never separate in the first place. History and the rules of the new world would be vastly different from the four composite universes, so things may not be as straightforward as "this group of people will win out of this group of people because this is how things worked when they were their own separate worlds," because they'd be adapted to be more consistent with one another. If they're exactly the same as before, that's not Crisis, that's still just Convergence.
