    While I did not purchase Crest Gum detoxify through Amazon (purchased from my local grocery store) I wanted to leave a review. This toothpaste makes my gums and mouth feel NORMAL. I tried Paradontax and my teeth felt sensitive, painful, hard and just uncomfortable. I couldn’t even bite down without discomfort…major discomfort. Crest gum detoxify made my mouth feel super clean and normal! No dryness, no discomfort, just normal. I recommend this toothpaste to EVERYONE fighting periodontal disease and gum issues. It has been a Godsend.

    Omg thank you for talking about stannous fluoride! I was nervous to try it because I heard about the staining but now you gave me the confidence to try it.

    Awesome advice - I had a deep clean yesterday and I am wondering if this would be a good product to try as my gums and teeth heal? Is it safe to use 2x daily or should I only use it once in the morning/night and a different toothpaste the other times?

      Hello Curline. I’m glad you found the product review helpful and that you followed up with your dentist. A variety of symptoms can cause sensitivity so it’s best to follow the guidance suggested by your dental team!

      I would use it because not all doctors know what they’re talking about but soon as something gets worse by not using it than you would have to keep going back to them and that way they can keep making money off of you.

    Hello Dr. Brigette🙋🏾‍♀️. I actually tried a sample of this Crest Gum Detoxify (Deep Clean) that was given to me almost two weeks after a dental appointment. I like the way it makes my teeth and gums feel after a good brush. My teeth even look whiter after using it. Also, I like to use dental tape instead of regular floss because dental tape is just a little thicker and really removes food and plague from between my teeth. Floss feels too thin for me. Since I have started using this Crest Gum Detoxify (Deep Clean), do you recommend that I still floss and gargle full strength with antiseptic mouth rinse?

      Pamela Hartfield Greetings Pamela! I’m so glad you have found the Crest Gum Detoxify helpful. Yes, I certainly recommend brushing, flossing, and rinsing as good oral hygiene practice. Which dental tape are you using?

    LOVE YOUR CHANNEL. How is Crest Pro-Health Gum and Sensitivity, Sensitive Toothpaste different from the detoxify toothpaste? I have the detoxify toothpaste as a free gift from visiting the dentist and LOVE IT but was wondering what was the difference between the two.

    • @UpYourSmileGame
      @UpYourSmileGame  4 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Great question! The Gum & Sensitivity and the Gum Detoxify are very similar. The Gum & Sensitivity contains coconut oil to give it a creamier texture.

      @@UpYourSmileGame Thank you! You mentioned in your videos that stannous fluoride and potassium nitrate are effective ingredients for teeth sensitivity. Is potassium citrate also effective as a desensitizing agent?

    FOR ME, it was never any juices or acidic foods And I use to consume a lot of them. It was when the whitening toothpaste became popular. Crest baking soda and peroxide toothpaste was my favorite. When the sensitive started my dentist said please stop using it and just use plain toothpaste. It was also causing damage to my gums. So I said okay and have not switch back since.
