Hey just letting you know the link to the weleda salt toothpaste is broken. Great content though. Thank you for making these videos. They are the best. 👏
Yessss thank you for making this vid I’m 22 years old and I feel the same way about fluoride. Honestly I have a great smile and keep up with cleaning my teeth. Ppl tell me I need fluoride to prevent cavities but I disagree. Not sure how old you are but when you switched to a non-fluoride toothpaste did you notice any differences? Long term maybe? I’m sure you don’t have major gum/teeth problems? Your insight is appreciated!! Also your vids 💯💯
Bobby you rock!! I know this is an older video but I was looking into what toothpastes to buy because my husband and I will be hiking the AT next year, 2024! I have been making my own toothpaste for over a year now, along with all my hygiene and cleaning products and love it!! Figured it would be easier to just buy it for the trail tho. Also, I do oil pulling every morning with coconut oil for 15-20 min. It helps to heal those receding gums and is great for oral health/ bacteria in general! Love ALL your content Bobby, very much appreciated! ❤️❤️
I love Dr. Bronners, I've been using it for a little over a year now. Not only is it a healthy brand but also a sustainable brand. Its a certified and organic trade brand and uses recycled plastic for their containers. Love it all around. Also, you can find all the different "flavors", I didn't want to refer to the peppermint, spearmint and other toothpaste as flavors, but I don't know the proper word as of right now, at TJ Maxx and Marshall's for a cheaper price. It only cost like $2.99 I believe at Marshall's and TJ Maxx stores
forget your dentist, he makes money the worse your teeth get. just keep doing your research like youre doing now. noone cares more about your health than you.
@@InnocentGam you need to find another dentist if that’s how you feel about the one you’ve got. You are assuming that everyone knows how to read scientific studies and knows how to separate good research from bad. Google is not a source of good information.
I always try to avoid anything that has artificial coloring in it. Many Mouthwashes and toothpastes have Yellow 6 or 5, blue1, red40 etc. Try oil pulling it’s helpful in fighting bacteria and great for oral health.
Have you checked with a dentist to see if salt, bark and other ingredients are safe for tooth enamel? Some dentists don’t like certain ingredients because they say they erode tooth enamel over time.
Most people don’t know what Mixed Connective Tissue Disease is. MCTD is an Autoimmune disease. The ingredients silica is in some of the good toothpaste mentioned. Silica is one of the reasons for getting MCTD. I knew it was in cat litter and many other products but I didn’t know it was in my Tom toothpaste. Thank you for showing the ingredients to make me aware that it was in a lot of these toothpaste including Toms.
Great video. Can you elaborate more on Xylitol. I been using it for a long time and it was suppose to be good for the good bacteria. Thank you for all the information you share with us. Great Job!
Hey Bobby I was wondering about the ingredients that protect enamel, right cavities, etc and simply protect the health of the teeth along with whitening. Can this be addressed somehow? It seems the ingredients are natural and good but didn’t address or include any tooth health or gum health benefits. Just curious. Thank you for these videos, they’re always informative.
Danielle, I know your question is from a year ago, but I have been using Redmond Earth Paste for a few months now, and it does seem to be making my teeth and gums stronger and healthier as well pretty much eliminating any sensitivity problems. Last time I had my teeth cleaned, the dental hygienist was impressed.
Fluoride. Fluoride is the best at protecting your teeth. The amount that you'd get from it (brushing twice a day) is so incredibly minuscule that there won't be any "side effects."
If you don't mind ordering online, my favorite toothpaste is actually toothpowder from Primal Life Organics, and my favorite deodorant is from Bubble & Bee.

The toothpaste aisle gives me anxiety...thank you! ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️
Facts! I stood in the aisle for about 30 minutes today because I had no idea what to do!
Wonderful! Could you please share what water filter you use at home to get rid of the flouride? THANKS!
great system from alka logic in Venice beach
Dr. Mercola sells a good one that adds back in the minerals
Mercola always sells u something lol
Bobby you rock!! I know this is an older video but I was looking into what toothpastes to buy because my husband and I will be hiking the AT next year, 2024! I have been making my own toothpaste for over a year now, along with all my hygiene and cleaning products and love it!! Figured it would be easier to just buy it for the trail tho. Also, I do oil pulling every morning with coconut oil for 15-20 min. It helps to heal those receding gums and is great for oral health/ bacteria in general!
Love ALL your content Bobby, very much appreciated! ❤️❤️
Way to go Bobby !!! You are doing a great service to the community, keep making more informative, educational, entertaining videos 😎😎😎
I like how far you have come with your Channel and life, Bobby. But I miss these days. I started watching when Dessi was pregnant with Rose Honey! 🥰🥰
Thank you for this video Bobby! There is always something new to learn & I love your honest opinions!!
I LOVE Earth Paste! Especially the one with peppermint activated charcoal. Hello is another brand I love. Thanks!!
I watched this twice and didn't see you mention The auremere. Just curious because Ive been using it for years! Fantastic videos!! 😄
Glad someone else pointed this out, I too have been using it for years.
Marshalls and TJ Maxx does have a good selection of natural toothpastes! Can't wait to shop there again once they open up!
I like the way you respond to your baby when she interrupts the video! Hey she is part of the program!
I would love info on cleaning items, please. Thanks!
I wish you would've included effects on enamel and enamel repairing options like Pronamel
Ask your dentist:)
forget your dentist, he makes money the worse your teeth get. just keep doing your research like youre doing now. noone cares more about your health than you.
Since you reviewed toothpaste, could you compare the healthiness of Crystal Deodorants vs. Deodorants vs. Antiperspirant products?
I love when you do all the work for me. Thanks
Have you checked with a dentist to see if salt, bark and other ingredients are safe for tooth enamel? Some dentists don’t like certain ingredients because they say they erode tooth enamel over time.
Those same dentists recommend the bad toothpastes with the nasty scrubbing agents.
Why would you trust dentists
Great video! Might you suggest a Bobby approved dental adhesive?
Please do a review on cleaning products. BRANCH BASICS is amazing!!!
Great Job!
It's good for you but it can make you gassy
Thank You. Never thought that toothpaste may be problem. Will search.
@@SunshineCat24 pulling oil has no effects. Using floss is more beneficial
@@barbarak2836 thanks. I’ll have to look into it.
Fluoride. Fluoride is the best at protecting your teeth. The amount that you'd get from it (brushing twice a day) is so incredibly minuscule that there won't be any "side effects."
@@Legolas2 actually hydroxyapatite is better than fluoride. It actually remineralizes the enamel and that’s what 90° of teeth is made out of
If you don't mind ordering online, my favorite toothpaste is actually toothpowder from Primal Life Organics, and my favorite deodorant is from
Bubble & Bee.
This is great! Can you do a mouthwash review to complement this video?
Please do a vid.on water filters, Brita. Thanx
I just picked up Dessert essence bobby approved toothpaste today. My wife thinks im crazy replacing everything with more quality bobby approved stuff😊
Love you videos! What do you think about charcoal toothpaste??
Thank you sooooooo much for making a video like this. Pretty sure this was one of my requests on IG. Love to see your opinions on products like this and for the house!!
You should do a video about different kinds of hair gels and creams. I'm curious about that.
Do you have recommendations for mouthwash?
Great video as always, could it be possible that you could do a video about mouthwash?
Bobby what about Auromere?!! It was right there and you forgot to mention about it. I have that one currently lol
Thank u 🙏 I was using Tom brand and no more Tom tooth paste.
I love your videos specially the ones related cooking yummy
Love it. Thank you. Can you do a review on pet food / snacks? I know you don't have a pet of your own, but you have such a deep ingredient knowledge and so much common sense, I think your review will get many attention.
Thanks for this video! I've tried a clay based one......I gagged😵
Thank you so much. I'm trading out items in my house as they are used up. I'm getting close to replacing my toothpaste. I currently use Hello from Walmart. It looks like Redmond's Cinnamon is going to be my next purchase. Thanks for doing these assessments.
When my body wash was gone, I went on line and found a formula for 1/3 c castile soap, 1/3 c honey (raw was recommended) and 1/3 c oil such as fractionated coconut oil, which is what I used. Oh man....I should have done this sooner. It was so affordable.
Great video! I must agree with others that an update would be good and would love to get your evaluation of the Dr Squatch toothpastes and deodorant (seem great so far!)
I'd also love to get your feedback on Dr Squatch. it's what I've been using for about 2 years.
@@jenofalltrades6486 Me too! I've found the quality and scents to be excellent. Now that Walmart is carrying the soaps, I can pickup any scents to try (at $5.98 each!)
Hi Bobby, getting a lot of info from you and your community. Thank you.
Goodbye Tom's toothpaste! Thanks Bobby for this valuable info!
Love your videos very educational and informative for someone who doesn't know of all these different varieties of items!😊
Thanks to you I am learning each day!!
What toothpaste do you recommend for sensitive teeth Bobby? My teeth are very sensitive to cold.
Boka
Your videos are always eye opening and informative I would love if you would do one on laundry detergent.
