Do You Know What's In Your Toothpaste - The BEST(And Worst) Toothpaste To Buy!

  • You have been asking for a toothpaste review, so here you go! If you thought some of they stuff they put in food in bad, I would say that toothpastes and cosmetics is even worse! You really want to know what you put in your mouth 2-3 times daily, bc the mouth is very absorbent and can go directly to your bloodstream. Don't be fooled by "natural" or premium names, you have to look at the ingredients and avoid the harsh chemicals. Mad love..Bobby, Dessi, Rose, and Art! XOXO

      everything he said is nonsense .. u need lauryl sulfate for it to get rid dirty stuffs out easily .it is only a small amount and it wont hurt at all... mostly toothpaste has it.. his toothpaste he recoomended is not ADA accepted ... u pick the one that ADA accepted bc they did the study and it proved it works ... u need to have knowledge to know if he is right or wrong..if not, u only follow what is he is saying and no clue what is going on

      I am curious how lemon extract and sea salt affects tooth enamel. I use Kudos Neem and Clove toothpaste as I would get nausous brushing my teeth w other varieties, and this has been a game changer! No mint, no SLS!

    • @Bawkr
      @Bawkr 11 วันที่ผ่านมา

      They absolutely suck in my opinion. You can't just brush something on your teeth to have it repair them. Lots of pain with them. I was able to reduce my pain with Colgate total(clean mint standard version, not whitening and not deep clean) but that has Endocrine disrupters in it so I'm trying to do primarily baking soda and water at the moment. Total kills the bacteria that causes pain but it disrupts your entire digestion I suspect with prolonged use or even on the first use because it changes the bacteria state in your mouth, some of these bacterias are meant to be there which is not the mindset that I had back in the day when I first switched to total.

      I felt ridiculous spending $11 on deodorant. But I bought Native. I love it. It is well worth the $11. I bought the Male version just because I loved the eucalyptus and mint scent. But I'm sure the female ones work equally as well. But yes I love the Native one very much.

    You can also use coconut oil for toothpaste. It's anti-fungal, and anti-bacterial. Your teeth will never feel cleaner. It's also cheaper than toothpaste. After brushing, you can also do oil pulling by swishing a teaspoon of coconut oil for several minutes. It pulls toxins from your body. It's also a great moisturizer as well as a narural deodorant. There's at least a hundred uses for coconut oil.

It is called Prevident, and is used to treat tooth sensitivity. The ingredients were hidden in a folded part of the packaging taped to the toothpaste bottle. There I discovered that not only does it have all the ingredients you listed as not good, but it also has a warning that it is carcinogenic! I have been using this stuff for years! WOW! Thanks Bobby for all your priceless help, on the Tom's Toothpaste, coupla months ago I began seeing the comercials here on TH-cam and looking for it here, in healthfood stores, in supermarkets here but found it at the HEB supermarket, although I didn't buy it, it cost 99 pesos(about 4usd)and sticking with a mexican brand Tea Garden Pasta de Dientes Natural, clean ingredients similar to Redmond's and Dr. Bronners and it states in the package, absolutely no aggressive chemicals like: Petrolatum, Lauril Sulfato de Sodio, Parabenos, Ftalatos y Fluoruro. Compare Tea Garden's price of $70 for a 115 ml.tube to the Tom's at $99.00, and while Tom's may be bigger in size, sticking to Tea Garden. Thanks Man, greetings to DessiSlava, Rose, Uncle Art and you! :)

    I’m from Australia. We’ve been using Grants toothpaste for years on the advice of my naturopath. We also have a filter on our taps and shower.
    My 13 year old daughters teeth were chalking near her gums and needed filling. The dentist asked was I using a toothpaste with no fluoride, to which I answered yes. The dentist understood my concern with fluoride but explained how our teeth do need it and to just take care in not swallowing the toothpaste (which we don’t do anyway)
    So now we use a healthy toothpaste with added fluoride from a Company called Moo Goo.
    They have one with fluoride also. 😁

    2:51 Yes, carrageenan is likely problematic for a subset of people with certain chronic inflammatory digestive issues, but otherwise, for the vast majority of people, it should not cause these problems. And the link to cancer is really non-existent and toxicity not substantiated at doses we consume.

    Have you checked with a dentist to see if salt, bark and other ingredients are safe for tooth enamel? Some dentists don’t like certain ingredients because they say they erode tooth enamel over time.

    The redmond earthpaste actually has trace amounts of flouride. So our teeth still get a little natural flouride, but isn't a potentially toxic amount. The cinnamon one is my favorite one, too. I don't really like the other flavors.
