These flying cans looking a bit fake, don't know why. Maybe because of lacking indirect reflections from buildings or maybe they are too bright? Also shadows are not so good, too sharp (look at real leaves shadows - they are softer). Overlapping shadows from real footage must blend in to CGI shadows seamlessly, not multiplied.

If you want a job, find a company where you wanna go and learn the stuff which they are using in their pipeline.
Summary: You have to find a studio who is using Blender in their pipeline
