Select your plane and enable shadow catcher
It will be available inside element 3d scene setup

seems like the world scale is not enough area for me to do the work, any way to fix this?
@@benmok896 There is 2 way either you can normalise your 3d scene scale or simply go to render settings - camera cutoff and increase the value of far distance. It will do the job

How did you transformed the ground plane to a shadow catcher, even the shadow is only rendering istead of whole plane.
Select the material go to advance option and enable matte shadow option

When I make 3d camera solid and camera , then I make element 3d layer (with cube ) , it is not aligning and tracking with the camera that I made before . Please help
Make sure your tracking is correct. You can also try detailed analysis on 3d camera tracker
Apply grid effects on solid to check if tracking Is good
If you find your tracking is good then copy paste the position property to e3d
