    I just want to say thank you for offering vocal exercises for free on TH-cam. Music has been close to my heart for all my life and it puts me in a better place when I’m not feeling the greatest. I’ve been really depressed lately and your videos help me wipe away my tears and fight for my dreams. And I just want to say thank you. At the moment I’m really bad at singing and I hate the way my singing and speaking voice sounds but I think that your videos will help me get to a happier place in life where my dreams come true and I can help complete strangers smile when their crying with my music. Again thank you and when I find a job and have the money I would love to take your video call voice lessons. 🎶🎵❤️

    This is great for achieving speech level tone, good for theater, and maybe rock- but I’m wondering what it is popstars like Amy Winehouse, Adele, Lana Del Rey, are doing. There is something else they do with their registration. Maybe it’s a little artificial but it makes the voice sound unique and extra beautiful. And I can never tell if it’s a depressed tongue or a raised soft palate, or what it is they’re doing but they tend to get their tone in a very very specific sweet spot, and I’d like to learn how.

ALSO, WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM TO IMPROVE AND SOUND AMAZING OF VOCAL TONE? IF I KEEP IT UP AND DOING THESE EXERCISES EVERYDAY, WOULD MY TONE BE THE SAME LEVEL AS MY FAVOURITE ARTIST? FOR EXAMPLE, MY FAVOURITE SINGER IS ARIANA GRANDE AND I AM A MALE. BUT, I'M NOT SAYING THAT I WANT MY VOICE TO SOUND EXACTLY LIKE HER, NO, I JUST WANT THE LEVEL OF ARIANA'S TONE SO THAT I CAN BE ABLE SING IN FRONT OF THE PEOPLE AND IN LOVE MY VOICE.

    Ramsey...There are two questions I wanna ask
    1.What to do about voice getting nasal at high chest notes.
    2.What about falsetto?How to not raise larynx in falsetto?
    Ramsey,You are one of the best coaches on the TH-cam .You should have millions of subs.I hope people recognize your worth

    • @ramseyvoicestudio
      @ramseyvoicestudio  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      1. There's a possibility you aren't actually nasal. Many times, people feel that their mixed voice is nasal. But if you're sure it's getting nasal try these exercises: ramseyvoice.com/vocal-tone/
      2. It's very common for your larynx to rise when using falsetto. My suggestion would be to sing in mixed voice so it's not too light up there and your high notes will feel more supported and the larynx will start to descend.

    • @ramseyvoicestudio

    I really struggled with tone. I could stay on pitch, but my tone has always sucked.

    I think what you're trying to say is to adjust the word pronunciation of your phrases. There's no way around it. Its the difference between a British accent and an American accent. Its just simply how you say it. But people like to overcomplicate it with unnecessary exercises that never tell you to sing in a smooth, cool way. You have to emulate the voice you like. No science terms needed like pharynx, or vocal fold. Make it sound the way you hear it. Just like the foreign exchange student adjust his or her word pronunciation, you must do the same when you sing.

    I sound too shouty for lack of a better word. I crack too when i go for volume in my break area. So between like e4 and a4 is my problem area.
