Hi Renea!! Great job again. My mom always had cookies in the freezer. She was in several clubs or just in case had company coming over quickly always had a dessert. Or she made the Bisquick coffee cake in case of company dropping by. You remind me a lot of my mom with your frugal ways and willing to teach others. take care.

Great idea. I just made a double batch of choc chip cookie dough. I might make half into cookie balls and freeze for later because I want to make goodie trays for my neighbors for Christmas. This would help me later. I hope you share other cookie recipes with us. :o)

How many different cookies do you make for Christmas?
When I make blossoms I roll in sugar. Can I do the before I freeze them? Does the sugar affect freezing?
It is best to freeze them with out sugar, however, once you take them out of the freezer let them set out for about a half hour then roll them in sugar before baking.

I start making cookies the first week of December.

I use it to layer my cookie dough in and freeze it. It fits in my freezer perfectly.
I've been thinking about getting a few of those pans. Can you cook with them on the stove? Its early for me so my brain is still foggy lol. Square items fit in my refrigerator easier than round bowls so I thought about getting a few to see if I'd like them better. Thoughts?
