Top tip, put the steak in the freezer for 30 minutes as it's easier to cut thin strips when it's firmer.
Top tip just get a wok for some of that wok hay.

This is the eleventh recipe ive tried for this dish!!!! this is now my go to recipe.. i just make one asjustment and add 1 tsp chinese five spice to cornflour! thankyou so much i live in a tiny island so no takeaways for me :)

Made this tonight and it was very very nice.
This recipe I've made several times now it is better than Panda Express it's so much cheaper to make better than any restaurant . It is my favorite dish so I've been eating this for years but now I'm making it for myself and it is better. I am allergic to bell peppers but oddly enough I'm not allergic to hot peppers I used jalapenos and cook them with the onions and added some dried chilies this is amazing it really is just the base recipe even if you wouldn't put any peppers in it at all is fabulous. Thank you so so much for this recipe I have shared it with everyone and hopefully they are liking and sharing your videos and subscribing to your channel as I do.
