  • Today I clarify for you the burning question that arises after every iPhone event: Are the iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Pro really waterproof? Can you submerge them in water without hesitation? Would you want to swim or even film with it? I'm getting to the bottom of this!
While Apple didn't say anything about waterproofing when it introduced the new models, it did advertise them as "Splash, Water and Dust Resistant" and gave them an IP68 certification. But what does that really mean for you in everyday life? And what about when your iPhone accidentally falls down the toilet or gets just a few raindrops?
I share my thoughts and experiences on this topic, and why it might not be the best idea to submerge your new iPhone in water unprotected. I also give you some insight into what Apple really thinks about waterproofing and why you might want to think twice before relying on TH-camr opinions.
If you really want to be sure, check out Apple's official terms:
    support.apple.com/en-us/HT207043
And let me know in the comments if you'd still take your iPhone 15 or 15 Pro into the water after watching this video!
I look forward to hearing what you think and see you next time! 🌊📱💭

I have a pro max cost me a lot really wanted to know if I can use it under water because I like long baths with music or for swimming but tbh it’s not worth the risk. Simply knowing apple advise against it and that there are special cases for it. It’s clear to me to either buy a case or keep it dry. I can’t afford to buy another I’m not wealthy and I’m not rolling the dice if it’s not covered in warranty. Thanks

Why you don't consider to get a Google Pixel 7(a) instead? Or at least an older iPhone (Pro) which 'll cost you a fraction but would do the job as good as an iPhone 15 Pro? Not many People do really need an iPhone 15 Pro.
