Ha,Ha? Best one yet!! The sound engineer is improving very nicely. You had some very interesting shots of the birds and bees. I am amazed how many people mention the Muzak? but you have improved it since the early day's keep it up!!
The narration of all the different wildlife you encountered on your travels really adds a lot of interest to your videos. I really enjoyed that, thanks for sharing.
What's not to like, and why has so many forgotten to subscribe ??? Fantastic video and amazingly well narrated content. Thank you so much for sharing. Best regards from Jarle
Welcome to the Outer Hebrides. If you are coming up the East coast of Lewis, I can recommend Loch Leurbost as a fairly sheltered anchorage. Give us a wave if you come in there (but do check charts for rocks).
We mostly find anchorages using the digital Antares charts (these just cover the west coast of Scotland), Navionics and Google Earth, although we also have the Clyde Cruising guide for the Outer Hebrides.
Hi Guys, just came across your channel. This could have been a great video, with all the fantastic photography and the narration. However, the loud thumping music, just ruined it. I couldn't watch the whole thing, because I found the music really annoying. You can allow the sounds of sailing in there. You don't need music accompaniment throughout the whole video. The sounds of water and the wind in the sails is magic to most of us. Anyway, the above isn't so much a criticism, because I know some people like it. It's just an observation on my part. I'm sure there'll be others who don't like that kind or that much music in these videos. Outside of that, the video is outstanding!
The narration is excellent I agree with Richard and the whole video is great (this is my first and I've subscribed already), but and there is a but of course, why so much music? It's a best divisive, more likely, annoying. It certainly annoyed me (as you can tell). The natural sounds are enough aren't they?
Thanks for your comment and suggestion. I too prefer the sounds of nature. Unfortunately direct audio recordings on most film equipment is a jumble of people talking, microphone bangs, bumps and crackles as well as wind distortion and drone footage has no audio for obvious reasons. In many nature documentaries an important roll is played by the sound engineer whose only roll is to record natural sounds to be later stitched in place in the final film. I sometimes record sounds separately with a field recorder but this is an art that takes time and I am yet to perfect. I film, record, and edit all on my own on the yacht and receive no payment. Music is the only option for me. I hope this will not put you off from subscribing and watching our channel. Thanks Jasmine
Another great film. Many thanks. It all comes together well, landscape, sailing, music and commentary. Looking forward to the next episode......

I forgot to ask in my previous comment, would you mind sharing which pilot books you use??

Loved it! Like the commentary and story telling aspect. Music could stay but maybe less of it :) good job.
