There are no adequate words to describe the visuals or the soundtrack...such a lovely blessing to have found this delightful video...how is it your subscriptions aren't well into the millions ?...so nice to have such beautiful visuals along with gorgeous music without the distraction of words...blessings and be safe...
Congratulations to you both. I've just been absolutely absorbed & mesmerised with your amazing travelogue Part 4. Best ever and has served to heighten my desire to experience the Beagle Channel as Darwin visualised it.
one of the best sailing channels out there. No words, no "episodes and shows". Just pure pure wonderlust! THANK YOU! Don't give up! Keep going! keep sailing!
Your videos are exceptional! The type of thing you see that has won a film festival somewhere. I watched the first 3 videos twice each and will no doubt catch this one a second time. Well Done! Keep up the good work and travel safe!
Just found the channel and subscribed. Stunned. I don't know what's more awe-inspiring; the astounding vistas, your courage, the cinematography, or that you're doing this double-handed in a 50 yr old 34' fiberglas production boat. Truly remarkable. This isn't just superior content; it's a whole level beyond.
Precisely! How amazing these guys are! Grit and beauty. No excuses, no 50 foot aluminum hull, no million dollar trimaran, just tight sheets, and tiller steering. The definition of bad-ass-ness. We did 30k nm on the milk run, now to get back out there Tupaiastyle!
The journey through Patagonia's fjords and channels is a testament to the profound power of nature to reshape our perspectives on life. Sailing aboard the timeless TUPAIA through Tierra del Fuego and the western Strait of Magellan reveals more than just breathtaking landscapes; it unveils the soul-stirring essence of wild, untouched beauty. The frozen waters of Seno Pia, the unyielding williwaws of canal Ocasión, and the majestic glaciers calving into Seno Chico paint a vivid portrait of nature’s dualities-its grace and its ferocity. Each challenge faced, from repairing damaged sails to navigating relentless headwinds, reflects the humbling truth that our plans are mere suggestions in the presence of such grandeur. Patagonia reminds us of our place in the world, fragile yet resilient, insignificant yet profoundly connected. This voyage, documented with artistic brilliance, is more than a sailing adventure-it’s a meditation on the sublime. The interplay of rugged cliffs, icy blues, and serene moments at anchor compels us to consider the impermanence of our struggles and the enduring magnificence of the natural world. Moments like meeting the shy penguins on Isla Rupert or finding perfect stillness near a glacier’s edge are gifts that demand not just gratitude but reflection. In Patagonia, the wind becomes a philosopher, the glaciers silent sages, and the endless rain a patient teacher. Every nautical mile tells a story of persistence, awe, and connection, urging us to reevaluate what truly matters. The beauty and adversity of this journey remind us to seek harmony with our surroundings, to cherish fleeting moments, and to remain open to the lessons only nature can teach.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart !!! Magnificent photography, music, places. I'm 65 years old, love sailing but is toooooo far away for me to do this journey. So thank you for giving me the opportunity to see what you see in these magical journeys of yours. All my love.
Beautiful. Half an hour without (almost) a word. As a Finn I appreciate this. No words are needed. edit: really nice photography

So many perfect shots... so many good cuts and perfect alignment with music and sound effects that it gets boring! So good that I always watch at least one episode before "this" new one...
The beauty you two express in your films is extradentary. Please keep putting out your films. I sailed in Patagonia for a few years and your films has motivated me to go cruising in Southern Chille, this will happen in 2025. Take care Ernest
Thanks for the kind words! For this trip, it was mostly the rain and snow that found our faces, along with the headwind, but thanks to you it's going to improve!
Hello Lauric 🇫🇷and Nao 🇯🇵 What can I say that hasn’t been said in the comments all ready . Just when I thought your films couldn’t get any better you come up with this amazing piece of work ..…. Congratulations and thanks . It is a world class production . I always enjoy watching them . I agree with one comment saying your subscriptions should be in the millions . Apart from the dramatic scenery , soundtrack, sailing , anchorages and difficult hiking , for me it was good to get a glimpse into your personal life aboard regarding laundry , cooking and eating crepes , catching King crabs , sea urchin roe , not to mention your wood carving Lauric using highly specialized tools 🤣 and Nao’s painting 🧑🎨.. Nice job btw . It should last forever hanging in that tree . I would have commented earlier but I’ve been out sailing in an area with dodgy internet . Keep safe Look after each other Fair winds Geoff🇦🇺
Hello Geoff, thanks for dropping by. So happy to read your comment, and glad you enjoyed this new video. If I can't find a job in my field in now know I can sell my screwdriver-based art, right?
You guys are amazing. Doing something that very few youtube sailing channels are doing. No words, no drama. Fantastic cinematography. Looking forward for more films from you. Thank you so much for sharing.
Mate these films are just next-level stuff. Planning to go to Patagonia and your videos make me just want to jump there

So exciting to see another video appear. I can't watch it straight away. I need clear air and no distractions. Every time, another masterpiece. Thank you! Arigato gozaimasu! Merci beaucoup!

I have been studying and taking notes in this Southern region, like the Canadian Arctic. What they have done and are doing is great, so I congratulate them. 👍
I just watched the Cape Horn! Now pouring my self a hot cup of tea while the winter storm blows outside here in Vermont. To watch this bad ass Awesomeness!
Wow! Absolutely stunning. You have our full respect. You are true adventure sailors and amazing film makers. Thank you, thank you. Watching this was balm for the soul and just what we needed ☺️
Thanks! Yes that's the plan, but not until we finish the trip. When you say unedited, do you mean no music, no overlay with classic camera footage, both?
