This was awesome to watch! This guy was right on stock prep, umami flavor explanation etc. So informative and humorous to watch please do more of these combo cooking. My American son-in-law loves cooking and is an avid follower however he cannot understand a word of what’s being said please add subtitles. Gotta go check out who this guy is
