Hi Ma'am, this is the best ever cooking class I have ever come across. It is very educating to know why things are done the way it should be and how it should be done. You explain in a manner like a mother will do for their kids which gives a warm feeling especially when one is away from their parents. Very well explained I am fr north Kerala n we cook fish this way ,it is called vattiche or pulium molagum.I also cook little longer.western cooking they stir fry for few seconds!!
