I had a black 96 S10 SS......I so badly wanted to swap a Grand National turbo 6 into it and kinda sorta have a 2wd syclone...had to sell it before I got a chance....your truck reminds me of my old one, cool project😉👍

I don’t know what you have in the rear (I’m assuming a 7.5)but check out the 8.5” ZR2 GT4(has 3.73 gear) or GT5(has 4.10 gear)Rear End. It’s a perfect rear end set up, it has options for a 4.10 or 3.73 gears, G80 Locker, 30 spline axles & disc brakes(couldn’t tell if your truck had drums or not) you can use it on a non-ZR2 option truck, its 2.1” wider but if I remember correctly to run a 275/60/15 radial on a 15x10” wheel you run a 5.5 or 6.5 backspacing(I believe it’s 6.5) I’ve seen and owned them personally holding 800+ on a radial, only thing to truly worry about,is wheel hop(buy Cal Tracs ASAP)and never running slicks trust me 😂
