Any suggestions for weak wrists?! I have pain and weakness in both wrist from and injury years ago and didn't know if I could do something different that would help.
Been doing this for three weeks and I gotta admit it is physically impossible for me to do the first exercise even now after attempting it I pulled my arm AGAIN but other than that big fan of this video I am getting stronger

if your goal is to gain weight then i recommend maybe some of her workouts with weights, maybe? if your goal is simply to get into good shape, then im sure one of her full body workouts that focus on toning rather than fat loss will work wonders^^
