PS5 and XBSX are the equivalent of a Mid range PC..... from 2017....the laptop version. They never research anything and just listen to Yes-men from these corporations of plastic boxes with soldered on chipsets that have forced paywalls for the access of multiplayer on top of a internet service provider they have to pay for on top of the $70.00 plus tax base games that have varying DLC prices and no upgradability. Its like they brought a mid range PC that the manufacturer decided to solder or superglue everything onto the motherboard in a feeble attempt to limit or restrict anything done to the plastic box. You have these console plebe grown ass men that go on chat-casts (podcasts) for several hours just to circle-jerk each other for their ineptitude for how hard they are being screwed by said purchase of plastic box with paywalls and anti-consumer practices, no backwards compatibility, limited input options, limited storage options, outdated chipsets with a 3 yr old GPU (RTX 2060 PS5 and 2060 super for Series X) in APU format. They brag about the hand-me-downs they get from PC's of 2 generations ago and now are getting things PC's have had for years and berate other people for these things. They act just like the very elitists they always project PC gamers for being. They are the definition of Console corporate slaves, Plastic box peons, Restriction runts.They pay more in the long run, they have to buy the slightly more better but still outdated "UPGRADE" in the form of the *PRO* console and still have the same restrictions as the first plastic box they purchased. For the same price as everything they wasted on the plastic box with restrictions, outdated hardware soldered onto the motherboard and DLC with all the games they could've invested that into a PC that they could learn to build themselves and save money in the long run. *Consoles cost more in the long run, PC's cost less in the long run*
my computer is proof that you don't need to upgrade every time a new Hardware comes out my cpu is a amd fx 8350 black edition I have 32 gb of DDR3 RAM and RTX 2060 and I'm still playing current games at 60fps when they say stuff like this they're just talkin through their butts.
In the trailer of Demon Souls clearly shown that is coming to PC. And eventually is going to come to PC but they just don't want to talk about it. And I loved that part when you showed Control settings on PS5 and according to Digital Foundry lower than the lowest settings possible that you can get from a PC🤣🤣🤣 In every other TH-cam video Control on GTX 1070 is getting the same results if it's not even better than PS5. Linus Tech Tips used a GTX 1070 against XSX and it was the same or better than Xbox and also Gamers Nexus said the exact same thing that PS5 is somewhere around 1060 6GB and 1070 ti. I don't understand why people make PC gaming to be this difficult thing. The very first PC I built in 2014 was done by me watching a step by step video on TH-cam and before that I had zero experience or knowledge about PC gaming. Once everything was set up Windows, etc I opened up steam and played the games that I had installed. The only issue I have had so far was getting a "disk drive error" on Steam while trying to download games, but found a quick fix to it thanks to the lovely people on the Steam forums - I didn't even have to create a thread. I just typed the error into Google and the Steam discussion page came up.
I'm still rocking a GTX 1060 if the fact that all PC gamers had to upgrade to get the best performance then why isn't every PC gamer running on the same hardware. I feel like people who make that argument don't understand if that was the case everyone would run on the same hardware. In reality hardware does not degrade over time.

I have RTX 3070, Ryzen 7 3700x, 2x8 3200 MHz RAM and Cyberpunk 2077 run medium setings, 1080p, Max 150, AVG 95, min 65 FPS. So yes. Next gen console totaly make my PC look bad.
I can run Cyberpunk at 1440p med to high settings with rt off on a 2070 and get 70-90 FPS with a 2070 with a little dlss. That is more than barely running on a "last gen" graphics card. Hell the only reason I am going to get a 3080 when I can find one is because I WANT IT!!!!
