This was GREAT for my awfully sore shoulders. My shoulders always ache for days after some of my higher intensity calisthenics routines. Your stretching routine greatly helped speed up recovery and reduce pain.

This was great - thank you. I'm starting to do more handstands, and my right shoulder/neck/back gets really tight and sore. What movements and stretches are good to release this tightness? Secondly, what is causing this in my handstands? I can't wait for you handstand video because I think it will focus on the therapeutic/yoga elements. - I'm sure you hear this, but really - THANK YOU. You are bringing so much goodness and peace into the world.

we don't know, you have to try it out. it certainly CAN but we don't know your body and therefore cannot say. this video in addition to our EMBARK beginner program might help you move better and over time remove pain. but since there is pain we suggest you see a chiropractor or FR therapist 🙏
