I got a pair of Mizuno Monarcida Neo II MIJ recently. They are like wide versions of the Morelia Neo IIIs with more durability. Highly recommend them. They have better lockdown than the DNA with a synthetic upper.

I just ordered these after putting off buying mizuno boots for a long time, ordered from unisport to Australia and I’ve been watching this review on repeat in anticipation of them arriving. Im excited to finally experience mizuno quality and can’t wait to give them a test run!

Hi Noah! Hope you’re doing well. I just purchased them after watching your video, and after trying them on, I found that my mid-foot was slight aching, which could be because I have extremely wide feet. I am just wondering whether you also experienced this, and whether that sharp feeling gradually diminished as you broke them in? I was just really excited to use this upper.
That's exactly what happened to me too! It's such an amazing boot in my opinion, but it didn't break in as much as I wanted it to... 🧐

Hey Noah, I imagine that you've played in these quite a few times now, what is the lateral stability/lockdown of the boots like for you when you play? Just wondering about your thoughts on whether you would consider properly playing in these nowadays? Hope you're doing well!
Hey mate! I actually sold these because they weren’t breaking in quite as well as I wanted. That being said, I got a chance to wear them several times and the lateral stability was great in my opinion. Obviously being a leather boot, it might not be as good as a vapor or another speed boot, but it’s really good 👍🏼

Looks like you have quite wide feet. How does Nike boots e.g. the Phantom venom hold on for you? Think they are quite a narrow type of boots. Great review on these Morelia boots and Tiempo legend 9 elite.
The Phantom Venoms are actually really wide mate! They're my favorite boot right now, which is why I'll only be wearing them for my training and games!

Hey Noah I wanted to get the beta threes made in Japan but the problem is I am originally a size 13 but the biggest size they make is a size 12 I’ve fit before in a 12 but it was super tight do you think it’s a good idea to just go with the size 12
If they are too tight mate, I would recommend going with a different boot! Sizing is very important, and you don't want the boots causing any unnecessary pain!🤝
Hello, I'd really like to buy a Mizuno Morelia boot in full leather. I bought the Morelia NEO III but they don't give me the same sensation since they're not full leather. Do u have any idea where I could buy (living in Europe), Mizuno Morelia (neo) II or Mizuno Morelia DNA? Did a lot of research but can't find them (especially not the MIJ's). Thanks in advance!

Great video! I wondered which leather boot you would recommend for playing on AG surfaces? Mizuno make a Pro version of their Neo Beta but it’s a far cry from the quality of the MIJ version. I’ve got some Puma Kings which are supposedly FG/AG but they’re too narrow in the midfoot.
100% the Tiempo legend 9 elite mate! Such a good leather football boot and definitely suitable for AG surfaces

@@winestine I think both would work REALLY well mate. I've had experience with both and I don't think either is better than the other! Just a personal preference.
So long as the AG pitch in question has enough depth, pretty much all Mizuno soleplates are safe for AG. They make an AG specific soleplate for very cheap / neglected AG pitches.
Buy Unozero models 1.0 soccer cleats and try them out in a video

should i go half a size down ? i have copa mundials and they’re a 9.5 and that’s my true to size but they fit half an inch bigger after breaking them in
I think the Copas fit big on everyone, so I would recommend going true to size! If you go down 1/2 size, I'd worry that you might end up 1/2 size smaller than you need 🤙🏼
Hello Noah, I have wide feet and searching for a very good soccer boots. My current one is Adidas X 18.3. I like to try Mizuno Morelia. Which one of Mizona Morelia you would recommend considering my wide feet? Any suggestion would highly appreciated.
I'd recomment either the Morelia 2 or the Morelia DNA! The other option is the New Balance 442 v2! Those are 1/2 the price of the Mizunos and proper quality! 🔥

Saw some bad reviews regarding Morelia II tongue flap which have small velcro and annoys without staying down. Did you feel the same? What would be your choice between Morelia II and DNA?

I’ve always wanted this crossover and ironically now that I have the extra $ to buy them I’ve moved away from leather.

Hey! Have pretty wide feet and hesitating between the morelia 2 and morelia dna. I don't like it when my big toes are squeezed in a lot. And are these suitable for wide feet in general? Saw that you have wide feet but also saw a recent comment that they didnt break in as well as you wanted. Where did you feel that mostly?
For me, they didn't break in as well on the lateral side of the midfoot! The Morelia 2 were MUCH more suitable because the soleplate is a bit wider as well.

Hey, thanks for the review. I am currently wearing Mizuno Morelia neo 3 beta Japan. I wanted to ask you. Which boots are more tight fitting ( holds your foot tight, like let's say similar to mercurial) Beta 3 Japan or DNA Morelia or Beta 3 Japan original?
I haven't had a chance to try the Beta 3 Japans, but I'd say those out of the three you mentioned. I've tried on the other two and I'd say from MOST tight fitting to LEAST tight fitting: Neo 3 Beta --> Neo 3 original --> DNA Morelia

Hey Noah, thoughts on going down half a size on these? I've heard the neo 3 beta sole plate runs about a quarter size long
You might be able to, just remember it's the upper that matters most in terms of fit! If they're too thin/too short, then 1/2 size down obviously isn't the way to go. However, if you do have a bit of space at the end, then you'd probably be just fine going 1/2 size down!🤙🏼
