      I wouldn't say no marketing. I imagine they focus on home market and Asia. I'm in US, so dunno what they do in S. America or Europe. Also marketing doesn't only mean adverts and on pitch endorsements like the Big 3 brands. They could be spending "marketing" money in other areas of distribution channel like sales reps and retailer level marketing.

    I have been eyeing Mizuno shoes on a tight budget for a few years now. This shoe sounds amazing.
    Really talking my language in this video. I think some guys who have lighter body frames though could experience objective performance advantages with speed boots. I play more with smooth rhythmic changes more than quick controlled movements. I use top speed and space more than quick moves against opponents. I am all about some leather cleats, but artificial fields ripped my Puma Kings apart.

    I’m in love with these boots, contrary to today’s standards I switched from the modern predators to copas and I love them. After watching this video, these mizunos seem like a copa on steroids 😂 (In a good way). Question for you Josholiño, how do you know the durability of the boot if you haven’t had them for a long time / played many games in them? Keep up the great work, hello from Delaware.

    • @Soccerreviewsforyou
      @Soccerreviewsforyou  3 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      There's never a guarantee when it comes to durability, which is why I typically don't comment on it. Every pairs of boots will wear different depending on who's wearing them and which surface they're being used on. With that said, these are not my first experience with these, or MIJ Morelias in general. Could these break after a month, sure they could. Is it likely based on what I've seen and experienced with other MIJ Mizuno products, not very. Durability is always a guessing game, but in terms of build quality that would make you confident in the durability of a football boot, these tick all the boxes.

  • @kareem8697
    @kareem8697 3 ปีที่แล้ว +3

    In recent videos you spoke very highly of the Mizuno Morelia MIJ Neo 3 Beta, the Rebula Cup 3, and the Runbird Zero, referring to the Runbird as the most comfortable football boot on the market. You described the Rebula Cup 3 as being a middle ground between the Morelia MIJ Neo 3 and the Runbird.
    In the video linked here you compare a number of the boots in the Mizuno line: th-cam.com/video/Mkr3cIw6frA/w-d-xo.html
    Where would you place this boot on that continuum between the other 3 boots mentioned above in terms of fit/comfort and overall quality? The last and sole plate seem very similar to the Runbird. The only difference I see is the tongue.

    • @Soccerreviewsforyou
      @Soccerreviewsforyou  3 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      The Zero is effectively the same boot but with a longer tongue. Both are incredible, but these are arguably that much more refined. The Morelia 2 would be my pick of the current Mizuno line up, but everyone has different preferences. If you wanted a more modern take on a leather boot, the Rebula would be a great pick, where if you wanted something tech forward, the Neo 3 Beta would also be a great pick. They all offer something different despite all featuring leather uppers.

      The stud pattern would fair well on AG, but like any boots, playing on AG will have an impact on durability. AG surfaces are just hard on your boots.

    So which one is better this boot or the Neo Beta 3?!

  • @aaronbrown9998

    Could these be made better with a slightly more modern soleplate and rubber striking elements? The soleplate on these reminds me of the ones found on those Walmart boots.

    Are Asics boots in general really that bad that they don't deserve any reviews? I do wonder also being a Japanese brand does the quality hold up like it does with Mizuno?

    • @Soccerreviewsforyou
      @Soccerreviewsforyou  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      I've tried and reviewed several Asics boots going back 5 or 6 years, but they have since disappeared from North American and European markets! I'd love to try some of their newer stuff, but they simply aren't available anywhere.

    Mizuno gave that extra Shmedium sized kit when you went to Japan and played 1v1 against Jay Mike.

    Jahseh I'm pretty sure the tongue is a synthetic material with a foam padding underneath, not also k-leather.

      @@sainteven9244 yes I'm completely sure they are mij. I noticed the tongue of the boots in the video look the same as mine, notably having the same foam backing, which is there because the tongue is synthetic leather.

    Can you review the Mizuno Morelia Neo Pro III KL? more affordable price, wondering about the quality.

    How would you compare the volume of these to the Nike Premier II? I love a traditional k-leather feel but need a merc like fit.

    • @Soccerreviewsforyou
      @Soccerreviewsforyou  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I'd say these are similar to the Premiers in regards to volume. In no way do they fit or feel like Mercurials.

    What are the differences to Morelia zero? Sizing? Leather differences?

    • @Soccerreviewsforyou
      @Soccerreviewsforyou  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      The Zero is effectively the same boot but with a longer tongue. Both are incredible, but these are arguably that much more refined.
