@@marybetheby5184 that one doesn't look too bad. I think I could get the game for "only" $150. Chrono Trigger and Earthbound are really bad for me, because they were not released in Germany, so I'd have to pay not only $500 but also 20% Import taxes and have the risk of having it shipped back if it misses the CE label, or get one that is in Germany, that would be about $1000.
I'm gonna go with Krono trigger a link to the past Mortal Kombat three, streetfighter alpha-2 Mario All-Stars Mario world Mario RPG Mario kart the entire donkey Kong country series the entire street fighter series. Contra the list goes on and on what a great consult
Change sf2 turbo for super sf2 and secret of mana for seiken densetsu 3 with patch, and the list would be much better… also change f-zero for mario kart
Why do people like f zero? It's single player only, mario kart is better. And super street fighter is better than turbo, it's the exact same game with more characters
As much as I liked Super Mario World, Yoshi's Island replaces it on my person SNES list. I might be one of the few Zelda fans that did not care for "A Link to the past". There were only a few decent dungeons, and 3 very poorly laid out ones, and only one truely great dungeon. The music was only okay, with the exception of the Hyrule Castle Theme. This is in contrast to the fantastic Links Awakening on the Game Boy, that had fantastic Dungeons, Music and story. *(which maybe spoiled me since I played Zelda 1, 2, LA, and then ALttP. It wasn't until after I finished Oot and Majora's Mask, that I went back and finished Zelda 2, and ALttP.) Uniracers I liked better then F-Zero and Mario Kart on the SNES. But it is not as much of a classicly beloved title. Having now played the Translated Trials of Mana, it easily replaces Sercret of Mana on the list. And I wish there was an official SNES cart to buy for it. But I enjoyed it, even though I got stuck for a while on trying to find the entrance to 2 of the Shrines.
Secret of Mana, it’s really good but it lots of problems to me, like hit boxes for example. F-Zero is another one that always fell short with me, I always liked other racing games more, as revolutionary as it was

Great game! Billy and jimmy wasn’t it? 😅
Nice vid! I have almost all of them, except F-Zero (still need to get that), Street Fighter II Turbo (I prefer Super Street Fighter II) and of course, Earthbound (waaaaay out of my budget range). My favourite SNES game, Final Fantasy III / VI, isn't on this list, but hey, that's why it's a personal list, right!? Cheers!
Glad you enjoyed it! Was so hard putting this list together but Final Fantasy 3/6 is definitely a must have!
Why are they all so expensive?
From this list I have FZero, Secret of Mana, Super Mario World and Zelda A Link to the past
Always a pain with SNES prices!
Look up Wild Guns!!😳😳
@@marybetheby5184 that one doesn't look too bad. I think I could get the game for "only" $150. Chrono Trigger and Earthbound are really bad for me, because they were not released in Germany, so I'd have to pay not only $500 but also 20% Import taxes and have the risk of having it shipped back if it misses the CE label, or get one that is in Germany, that would be about $1000.
*They don’t make them any more is why!*
I'm gonna go with Krono trigger a link to the past Mortal Kombat three, streetfighter alpha-2 Mario All-Stars Mario world Mario RPG Mario kart the entire donkey Kong country series the entire street fighter series. Contra the list goes on and on what a great consult
The snes classic should’ve included
Dkc 2 and 3
Turtles in Time
Mario paint
Paper boy
Zombies are my neighbor
Chrono trigger
Dude, are you from Cardiff?
I am mate!
How are Kirby games not good?
Kirby games are great. Just a hard job focusing in on only a choice of ten.
Change sf2 turbo for super sf2 and secret of mana for seiken densetsu 3 with patch, and the list would be much better… also change f-zero for mario kart
Any snes top 10 that doesn't include Rock n Roll Racing is abit of a let down for me 😁
- Olaf is about to blow!!
I must have Earthbound but there is no earthly way i can afford it
U.N Squadron !!!!
You use the same intro music as @ScoreVG
Why do people like f zero? It's single player only, mario kart is better. And super street fighter is better than turbo, it's the exact same game with more characters
@matt what's that
@matt and this is only on turbo?
*It’s a good fing Wii have Super NES mini’s then* ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
As much as I liked Super Mario World, Yoshi's Island replaces it on my person SNES list.
It wasn't until after I finished Oot and Majora's Mask, that I went back and finished Zelda 2, and ALttP.)
Uniracers I liked better then F-Zero and Mario Kart on the SNES.
Dkc and castlevania 4 shouldn't be on this list
Final fantasy 3 and Demon crest should be.
You didn't include megaman x?
super street fighter was far better than turbo. if i have to choose a fighting game with limited budget it will ssf2 not turbo
That list is such a mixed bag for me. Thumbs up but you missed a few gems in favour of some pretty mediocre titles imo
Just for curiosity.
Which ones did you find pretty mediocre?
Secret of Mana, it’s really good but it lots of problems to me, like hit boxes for example. F-Zero is another one that always fell short with me, I always liked other racing games more, as revolutionary as it was
@@MrBnjjackson Fair enough.
TMNT IV
Mega Man X
Killer Instinct
Super Contra lll
Are must have for me.
Mega Man X easily, Zombies Ate my Neighbours and FF6 I’d have to add imo
And if I’m being totally subjective I’d say uniracers
I dont get what all the fuss is about with link to the past ...its not that good. Best game for me has got to be donkey kong country
Sega Genesis > Super Nintendo...
But Nintendo 64 > every other console
Donkey Kong Country is the greatest SNES game ever made....next to Star Fox
Rock n Roll Racing is my go to game, would have to have that in place of Earthbound which is hugely overrated.
