I couldnt put my weight on my wrist , the lower palm and wrist hurts while i tried to keep weight in it and now that im typing it i feel like my wrists are trembling a little can you tell me what am i doing wrong or what is happening?

You have to continue working on your form & strength! However of course since this is virtual I can’t see your exact situation. I would suggest that to supplement your training and avoid injury (and therefore enjoy it more & get better results!) you get a small sponge or pillow to add to your lower back.

This is coming from someone who's not a professional nor really experienced or anything. I don't know your situation, but diet is a big part of a workout. Healthy foods, proteins, balanced, etc. could be an add-on. Also, instead of sticking to one workout- after some time, change it up and do something new and challenging. And most importantly, I've read multiple times about pilates that its main focus isn't changing the body. It definitely helps a lot, but try other workouts like cardio and other body focused workouts could change everything. And the best thing is that you've been working out for two whole month. That's amazing as is- most people (me lol) can't stay that long. Anyways, a lot of factors could probably be improved. But the important part is for you to know your body and its limits as well as enjoying working out in general. Hope this helps :)
