Small suggestion, empty your pockets when you do full body shots. Appreciate your content and you covering the housing market 💯
Unit 1 is the best. It was the biggest one. It had a front yard. I'm surprised how out of breath you were Darren. Gotta hit the gym more. LOL
The first unit is lit.
Pass. 1.6 for those tiny bedrooms? Are you including the garages in the square footage?
'Greatest city in the world???' Extremely doubtful! The air grilles are so old fashioned!
Not counting the street noises unit 1 is the best. Most light, both rooms ensuite, small yard..
In two years, those condos will be half their price.
I like 1 best because it has the best views and you don't see power lines. Plus it has more warmth and personality!
Gotta go with 1. Nice homes
Really nice ro see both homes comparison from the previous video's. i honestly like both of this homes presented in different aspects.
1.First video Toured of homes i prefer the first home with the layout of the stairs on the first one shown, overall i think the second home have the biggest space and i like all the bedrooms, kitchen and backyard i thought its more homely to me...
2. Second home. Which i am reffering to this one, i thought they are all great..i think i like the first one the most as well, i like the space and room a lot more and the space of the rooftop... It all comes down to preferences of ppl.
As always...Thank you for showing homes like this, they definitely have its own character and look that people will love. 😀
Happy Easter and Have a great day!! ❤
thanks Ana!
the first configuration is better for me but those houses need a lift in each one of them, to many stairs... and i dont understand why the bedrooms come first and not the living area but ok. nice tour!
Ok DARREN they all are good spaces l really like 1 but I'm going with 4 normally I'm on the same page as you ok the front yard is cool but we made our decision ps 4s kitchen was hot
First unit is the best. What do you think each unit could rent for?
how much can they rent for? Also, private garages in condo units has been a thing for some time, at least since the 80's.
please catch your breath my man
Neighborhood is heavy crime these days
These are nice, what was the price for the fourth one ?
$1,699,000
Are these soft-story? Earthquake safe?
if it's new construction it has to be up to code. Soft story was back in the day can't build those anymore.
it's new construction should be up to code.
Hate that he never showed inside the elevator. 😩
Next time 😏
One House 3house😅
Funny how builders spend so much money on chickens when Americans generally don't like cooking.
"Affordable Housing"
tha'ts a joke. Come in TX and buy a 6,000sqft home for that kind of money. Don't work all your like to pay for 4 walls
You don't have to move to TX for a more affordable home. I live 40 mins from LA where the homes are more affordable. We have no homeless and our Mayor doesn't allow street vendors.
@@NoOneHere2Day I live 10min from DFW. If you go further away 40 min prices are even lower
Yeah and then you have to live in TX 🤢
