Woodland Hills. I don't really mind the heat as my home state gets pretty humid in the summers too. Plus the Valley seems like it has more greenery compared to the west side.
SILVERLAKE !!!!!!! .... The west side is NOT the only area of Los Angeles where you can find great neighborhoods !! And the more west you go the more insane traffic is !!!
Long Beach has great food, art and neighborhoods. Families love La Canada/south Pasadena for their good schools, outdoor spaces and beautiful homes; Alhambra is a great family area with great Chinese food. Lots of good pocket neighborhoods. Inglewood has really grown due to the stadiums, teams and concerts.
These are all influencer/wealthy/party kid neighborhoods... More real people live east of DTLA and in the valley where things are cheaper, there are more realistic jobs and there's a lot less traffic.
I’ve been watching a lot of your videos because I will be moving to LA for work. I lived in Culver City for 3 months during an internship, so I do have minimal experience with living in the LA area, but I am coming from the Midwest. I know you mostly help with buying property, but would you say that your recommendations hold true for renting as well? Thanks for making these videos!
I really enjoy this type of videos more than house tours
Lots to come
Lol the bad shushi part
Great content, Sir! Thanks for including street view pictures.

The west side is awful. All old rich people and basic transplants. East side is where it’s at!
