So much to love about this home. Cozy, Calm and very inviting. I love the pattern going on with the flooring and the flow of each part of the area...i didnt expect how big the dining, living, & kitchen ( in one area together ) are, it is beautiful and add the backyard to that is also a win for me. Movie Theather is also very nice I'm sure the Movie Experience will be great in there..& lastly i have to mention my favorite in every tour that rooftop deck! Drone shot's you had with the sunset over looking the city is stunning! Great home & Another nice showcase Darren! I love the tour as Always! ❤
Yes, roof top decks are outstanding! Someone did a great job bookmarking the gray veining in the stone. Kudos for that! Outstanding home, but at this price point you need more parking….two car garage won’t cut it. Surprised there isn’t an elevator!
Nice house. One thing. Of the homes I've watched on the channel with roof decks, many dont have a half bathroom to complement the deck. You have to go to the ground floor or use a bathroom on the second floor which usally are all en suite. Does it cost more to have a bathroom up there?
