The address in the video is 898 Rsiing Glen. It should be 1896 Rising Glen. Across from where Britney Spears lived and the house where Brittany Murphy died.
Exquisite! This house is perfection, and I love the entrance and drive-up, it looks like someone powerful lives there. Someone's got great talent at interior decor, the furniture and artwork are beautiful and very tasteful. They achieved something that's not easy to achieve: The wall art doesn't force your attention yet when you look at it it is very pleasing. Whether its staged or not they did a bang up job on the interior decor.
How high are ceilings in the living room /kitchen?
I’m going to guess 15,000 to 17,000 square ft including the guest house. When the listing agent doesn’t list the square footage it’s because it’s lower than someone in its price range would want.

They tore down three 5 million dollar homes to build a big useless house because? Idk. In nyc we have these skinny super tall buildings with penthouses that are 150 million (already marked down) because they built the marketed billionaire row in buildings that are in a midtown commercial area. WTF are they building this monstrosity in a neighborhood of 6 million dollar homes? How will you ever resell this. Builders are dumb
