❤ this is a very good initiative to help migrants to understand how to adopt to new life... I work in HR in Australia and it is very challenging as a migrant. But if you smart enough to unlearn and relearn that is the key. Unfortunately our people read : processs/ analys situations and life in new countries based on the understanding they have back in SL. Some people here told me it is very hard to get HR job as well to manage them since they don't like to work under you. The reality is if you have personal qualities that they will gradually respect you. They will ask you why you came here and if you answer I wanted better life , they will not respect you. What I say to this question is " I wanted a change".

ලංකාවේ සල්ලි තියෙන උන් ගන්න ආතල් ඔය කිසි රටක නැහැ. අයි ටී කරන උන්, ෆී ලාන්ස් කරන උන් ලක්ෂ 7,8ක් හොයනවා. ඔය රටවල ගිහින් කුණු අදින්න සෙකන්ඩ් ක්ලාස් සිටිසන් ලා වෙන්න උන් කැමති නැහැ.උන් රටවල් වල යන්නෙ ආතල් ගන්න. ඔය රටවල් වලට ගියාම ලංකාව අපායක් , පිටරට ස්වර්ගය කරලා පෙන්නන්නෙ ලංකාවෙ ජීවිත අසමත් මිනිස්සු.
