I'm so glad I found this channel. Could you replace TMG with B vitamins instead? I'm on a tight budget and where I live currently there are challenges in getting supplements.
Lot of love all the way from Pakistan thank you so much for this information I will use it daily and also I will make glycin skin toner as you explained in your other video 2% glycin solution ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
This is very good. I’ve just ordered pills & powder. Excellent presentation and your skin looks fabulous. ❤ I also love the way you use your hands! So expressive.
Hi 88 88, thanks for your question. In short, they work differently in the body, TMG being a methyl group donor, so I would do both and do. As always, doing as I do, say, show, write, or whatsoever is at one's own risk regardless. Nothing I say, show, write, do, or whatsoever is meant to cure, heal, or prevent anything regardless. The best education to have to begin formulating a limited line of skincare products. I would like to invest one year into the basics. What do you reccomend? Is there a school that you reccomend? Thank you
Aso a have some nasolabial folds due to weight loss. Last year was stressful for me so cortisol was quite high and I didn't use sunscreen. I had drastic weight loss - currently trying to add back 20 pounds but I was surprised at how my skin was a bit loose. What would you recommend for fastest results.
Great information, thank you. Interestingly enough, I’ve been taking 20 g of my collagen powder - recommendation is 12 g- but I have noticed my skin looks great. I take 10g in the morning and 10 grams before bed. May add some extra glycine to the powder. 😊and see how it does.
Hi thetackroomtx, thanks for the comments. There is of course Glycine in Collagen powder, but it's a very expensive way of getting it, and most of the Proline and Lysine in Collagen is hydroxylated, so useless for building more Collagen, as the hydroxylation occurs after Proline and Lysine is incorporated into the collagen protein (Collagen powder producers might not like you to know that...). See some of my other videos on Glycine too and what is does for the skin. Best Jesper BSc
This is the first time I've seen your channel and I love the presentation and have subscribed. I'm very much into skin care (as are my mother and sister) and am interested in glycine. I already take TMG - should I supplement with additional glycine? Also, how do you take the glycine? I just ordered bulk glycine online. Thank you. 🌹
Hi Rose van der Reijden, thanks for subscribing. I take both supplements as you see, Glycine compared to TMG also helps with releasing molecules that keeps one full and it helps with blood flow, which is important for great skin, also it is part of Collagen. I have two videos on Glycine here which explains the issues with blood flow and with Glycine when slimming down th-cam.com/video/pkt50obkBzI/w-d-xo.html and here th-cam.com/video/Bpws5XuC1zE/w-d-xo.html As always, doing as I do, say, show, write, or whatsoever is at one's own risk regardless. I look forward to your videos.
Fantastic, I love art and antiques and wanted to be a restorer myself but in DK very difficult, I like to restore furniture the traditional way, French polish etc, am totally into old pigments etc. skincare and art restoration is actually not that different, ha, ha. I actually have an old Dutch painting from around 1650 just need to find out who did it or if it is who I think...
@@JesperOffersenBSc Yes, furniture restoration is fascinating. There is the wood and the grain, the stains, techniques, and also the lacquers - which often have to be painstakingly removed (the same with paintings.) I am happy to meet someone this attuned to the details. Skin care is similar in many respects, I agree. We have this one canvas to work with, and we can treat it with care or endeavor to destroy it (wittingly or not.) 🌹

Thank you so much for the video. I started taking glycine 3 grams but I feel nauseous. Could you tell me why is that please. Have a blessed weekend greetings from the Netherlands.
Hi Sarah Zwolle, thanks for your question. Maybe if taking it on an empty stomach, but really I've not had that issue of nauseousness. Your issue could be because it works with the hunger system, as explained in this video here th-cam.com/video/Bpws5XuC1zE/w-d-xo.html anyway divide the amount over the day instead then and see if matters are not better then. Hi Doctor Shanza rana, it shall taste sweet, like a mild taste of cantaloupe. If it taste as you say, I would NOT eat it. Be careful where you get your supplements from. However, if you are taking it as capsules, and have opened one to taste, it might be mixed with fillers and stuff to help when filling the capsules, and anti-clumping stuff etc. and that might taste foul.
