Effective & Gentle Waterproof Eye Makeup Remover | suitable for acne skin & fungal acne skin
Removing Eye Makeup, particularly waterproof mascara, is a bore but you got to do it, so you want an effective gentle and easy solution, that does not cost a leg and an arm. Here we talk about how to gently remove waterproof makeup, but you can also use the concoction to wash your hair and body, I do, but you need rather a dollop for washing your hair, and body. This two products are the simple micellar gel wash and the Johnson and Johnson mineral oil. The Simple micellar gel wash is in my opinion too strong on it's own, hence I only previously used the Simple micellar gel wash on my hair, but not with Johnson and Johnson mineral oil mixed into it, I use it all over my body. The concoction is suitable for acne skin and fungal acne skin, mineral oil does not worsen fungal acne due to the number or carbon atoms.

      Hi Maärten, yes, I'm 48 now and have been for a while. Instead of Pycnogenol you can take the much cheaper option of Vitaflavan from California Gold Nutrition (iHerb), see this video here th-cam.com/video/nQu8pp9e5Gg/w-d-xo.html I take a 5 ml spoon in total of DL-Methionine a day. I'm sorry to bother you again, but how much D-Ribose do you take daily, Jesper? I'm still experimenting with mixing it for topical application. I bought capsules, but I think the added ingredients make it difficult to dissolve in water, so I ordered the pure powder. I played around with adding it to various oils, but they separated out. I'll keep working at it!

    • @JesperOffersenBSc
      @JesperOffersenBSc 9 วันที่ผ่านมา

      Hi Maärten, at present I don't take any D-Ribose, not for any particular reason, just I take so many powders that it's one that got "forgotten", and at the time did not seem to do a lot for me, though the science is clear enough, but if one does not need that extra energy boost, well, then no need to take it. D-Ribose will not mix with oil, but dissolve in water. I suggest you simply take a little bit, like the very tip of a teaspoon, and mix in your hand with water, let it dissolve and smear it onto the face before your serums or moisturiser. If you get yellow-brown in your skin over time, then you use too much too often, read about the issue in the description box, the self-tan issue. In general, because of the "self-tan" issue, D-Ribose is a little bit difficult to deal with. Taking the full amount of what is recommended on the bag, 5g 1-3 times a day, I think is too much unless one does heavy training. As always, doing as I do, say, show, write, or whatsoever, is at one's own risk regardless. Nothing I say, show, write, do, or whatsoever, is meant to cure, heal, or prevent anything regardless. Hi, bit of an outdated question but do you still consider L-Tyrosine good for making hair darker not really reversing it for gray but just someone that wants darker colored hair? Is the tanning element and change in hair color true from your own experience? Thanks

    • @luvabean
      @luvabean 11 วันที่ผ่านมา

      Tyrosine will help return your hair to it's original genetic potential...it will not add pigment. I suggest you watch his video with tyrosine in the title and listen closely. Jesper is a wealth of information but you must listen closely to understand the mechanisms. Tyrosine will not "darken" your hair. It will only help it to return to it's original color, IF....there are no other factors that prevent that. These aminos are not a box of dye. They rely on a bunch of processes in the body to be tickling along properly like a clock to do what they do. Hence why healthy people tend to look younger for their age, their biological processes are running properly, if not optimally. You cannot take tyrosine and eat donuts and deep fried food in seed oil and expect healthy hair. Hope this helps.

    Why do you not use retinoids?

    • @JesperOffersenBSc
      @JesperOffersenBSc 29 วันที่ผ่านมา

      Hi again Z244, in short, I don't think I need it, and secondly or maybe firstly, Retinoids stimulates stem cells (Basal cells) to divide and create new skin, however, they can't divide forever (though longer than "normal" cells, somatic cells) because the Telomerase they contain won't continue to work forever to repair the Telomers, which by each cell divide becomes shorter (normal cells not having Telomerase or inactive Telomerase, and therefore only can divide about 50 times), and we don't really know what will happen to people who continuously have used Retinoids from an young age and into old age. "In most human somatic cells except for stem cells and lymphocytes, telomerase activity is diminished after birth so that telomere length shortens with each cell division." www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC2360127/ I would not do Retinoids before around 50 or maybe 60 unless there was a very good medical reason for it. I think that one should do best possible for one's skin before using Retinoids on it, but I think a lot uses it as as quick fix instead of doing as I do for my skin (and body), which to some might be a little overwhelming and restrictive. On the other hand, I do take Retinyl Palmitate as a supplement (natural Factors, no Soya oil) and try get a good amount of liver every day, which contains Retinyl Palmitate mostly but also a little bit of Retinol that the body can handle but the body does not handle Retinol as a supplement or Retinoic Acid well, in fact, it handles it rather poorly with birth defects, dry skin and glands etc. as a consequence. As always, doing as I do, say, show, write, or whatsoever, is at one's own risk regardless. Nothing I say, show, write, do, or whatsoever, is meant to cure, heal, or prevent anything regardless.
