Thank you so much for this. I'm going to try this. My portrait sometimes registers the mark and sometimes it doesn't. I'm gong to try to move it to the side like you did yours and see if that works.
Thanks so much for this informative, helpful, but simple tutorial! I confess I get lost when the videos go too far in depth .. I have everything except the silhouette! I’ve been debating if I should invest in it.. if I’ll really use it, it just seems waaayy easier and more fun to have kiss cut stickers than having to cut them out by hand! V glad I found your channel ❤🎉

Those are beautiful stickers! I've been watching videos like these nonstop coz I'm getting frustrated with my machine. It doesn't cut right when I use the max inset and length of the registration marks like yours.
It might just be me but I have the same laser printer and it takes 40 minutes for it to receive all of the data to print 1 page. It does this for every single page. I’ve tried printing directly from Silhouette Studio and from Preview, switched to a new cable, with the same result. It’s frustrating. 😔

That’s really annoying, sorry to hear that. I’ve not had that issue and it might be worth reaching out to Canon or Silhouette.
