Dough 面团 :
175g Plain flour 175克 面粉
50g Butter 50克 牛油
55g Cold Water 55克 冰水
¼ teaspoon Salt ¼茶匙 盐
1 teaspoon oil 1茶匙 油
Ingredients 配料 :
250g Chicken, diced 250克 鸡肉, 切丁
200g Potato, diced 200克 马铃薯, 切丁
50g Big red onion, diced 50克 大洋葱, 切丁
2 Eggs 2粒 鸡蛋
50g Chilli paste 50克 自制辣椒酱
5g Curry powder 5克 咖喱粉
½ teaspoon Salt ½茶匙 盐
1 teaspoon Sugar 1茶匙 糖
Chilli Paste自制辣椒酱 :
75g Dried Chilli (Blanched with hot water) 75克 辣椒干 (热水川烫)
150g red onion 150克 小洋葱
75g garlic 75克 蒜头
25g Turmeric 25克 黄姜
15g Galangal 15克 蓝姜
15g Balacan 15克 答拉煎
25g Candle nuts 25克 答角六
1 tablespoon salt 1汤匙 盐
½ tablespoon sugar ½汤匙 糖

For those new learners suggest you finished wrapping all the curry puff then fully concentrate on the frying so the result will be more desirable; can use a wooden chopsticks to turn the curry puff
