300g Plain flour 300克 面粉
1 Egg 1粒 鸡蛋
1 teaspoon Salt 1茶匙 盐
1 tablespoon Oil 1汤匙 油
120ml Water 120毫升 水
Ingredients 配料 :
5 Shiitake mushroom, shreds 5片 香菇, 切条
1 teaspoon Oyster sauce 1茶匙 蚝油
¼ teaspoon Sugar ¼茶匙 糖
130g Ikan Bilis 130克 江鱼仔
6 Shallots 6粒 小葱头
200g Amaranth 200克 苋菜
2 Small red chill 2条 小红辣椒
2 Garlic, minced 2粒 蒜头, 切碎
Eggs 鸡蛋
Marinate Minced pork 腌肉碎 :
300g Minced pork 300克 肉碎
¼ teaspoon Pepper ¼茶匙 胡椒粉
¼ teaspoon Salt ¼茶匙 盐
1 tablespoon Sesame oil 1汤匙 麻油
1 teaspoon Fish Sauce 1茶匙 鱼露
1 teaspoon Potato flour 1茶匙 马铃薯粉
Soup 汤 ：
1 Big pork bone 1个 猪大骨
50g Soy bean 50克 黄豆
30g Ikan Bilis 30克 江鱼仔
1 teaspoon Salt 1茶匙 盐
¼ teaspoon Pepper ¼茶匙 胡椒粉
1 tablespoon Fish sauce 1汤匙 鱼露
