Ingredients 配料:
600g Cabbage 600克 包菜
400g Long Beans 400克 长豆
1 Brinjal 1条 茄子
80g Dried Shrimp 80克 虾米
400ml Coconut cream 400毫升 椰浆
5 tablespoon Chilli paste 5汤匙 自制辣椒酱
1 teaspoon Salt 1茶匙 盐
1 tablespoon Sugar 1汤匙 糖
2 tablespoon Light Soy sauce 2汤匙 酱青
Chilli Paste 自制辣椒酱：
• Curry Chicken 咖喱鷄

Ingredients 配料:
云吞皮
300g Minced Pork 300克猪肉碎
100g Prawn 100克 虾
2 Small red onion 2粒 小洋葱
1 Egg separate yolk & white 1粒 鸡蛋 蛋白蛋黄分开
1 tablespoon Fish sauce 1汤匙 鱼露
1 tablespoon Sesame oil 1汤匙 麻油
1/4 teaspoon Pepper 1/4茶匙 胡椒粉
1 teaspoon Potato flour 1茶匙 马铃薯粉
3) 姜蒜香豆鼓鱼头 Fry Fermented Bean Fish Head
Ingredients 配料:
1 Fish head 1个 鱼头
10 Fermented dried beans 10粒 豆鼓
80g Ginger 80克 姜
3 Garlic 3粒 蒜头
1 Chilli 1条 辣椒
1 Tomato 1粒 番茄
1 tablespoon Oyster sauce 1汤匙 蚝油
1 teaspoon Sugar 1茶匙
1/4 teaspoon Pepper 1/4茶匙 胡椒粉
1 tablespoon HuaDiao Wine 1汤匙 花雕酒
