Hi, Thank you for your interest in this recipe. I have thought of this before. But, you will loose a lot of pastry skin as you need to cut into circle to shape the curry puff shape. You can also cut into square and shape into triangle shape. Happy Baking :)

Hi, thank you for trying and sorry to hear that they turned out hard and chewy. Did you get the layers? Maybe try to rest for 30 minutes. Did you wrap water dough around oil dough? Just double checking. Cheers :)
@@YeanleyOh Hi, appreciate the feedback. It seems that i might have left it to rest on a very warm surface, and my kneading skills needs to be improves. Yes, but i figured out my mistake which was i stacked them on top of each other and folded and kneaded them together instead of dividing both of them into equal parts and wrapping them as per your video instructed. will certainly try to improve them next time. Thank you

Hi, thanks for watching. I have not tried frying with this recipe. But, it should be ok. For baked curry puff, it stayed crispy for several hours. But, by the next day you need to heat up/toast to gain back the crispy crust. Cheers :)
