    දවසට අලිගැට. පේර ගෙඩියක් කනවා. . . පැය එක හමාරක් දෙකක් දවසට ඇවිදිනවා . ඒත් මට නරක පුරැද්දක් තියෙනවා දවසට කිරිදමා . තේ 3-4ක්. බොනවා.. රෑට නිදාගන්න කලින් උලුහාල් කුඩු තේ එකක් බොනවා. .. ඒ උනත්. දියවැඩියාව හැදෙයි කියල බයයි.. අයියා නැති උනේ දියවැයාවෙන් නිසා.. .. ඔබතුමාට වෙලාවක් තියෙන වෙලාවක.. යමක් කියන්න.. තෙරැවන් සරණයි ඔබතුමාට.

      සීනි සහ කාබෝහයිඩ්‍රේට් සහිත ආහාර ගැනීම සීමා කරලා, පෝටින් වැඩි ආහාර සමග ඔබට කොළ පැහැති පලතුරු සහ කොළ පැහැති එලවළු වැඩිපුර ආහාරයට ගත හැකිය, කිරිපිටි වෙනුවෙට මේදය රහිත නැවුම් කිරි පානය කිරීම වඩා හොඳය සීනි නොමැතිව. ස්තුතියි!
