Scott, thank you for putting this program together! I am very excited because I am getting stronger and have actually dropped a few pounds. I know I am stronger because I have noticed that going down stairs at work (there are 52 that I have to take 6 times a day) in my high heels, I feel steadier and do not need to use the handrail. Seems like a silly thing, but it caught my attention, and I know it is from Sofa to Summit, and I am sure that means I am stronger doing other things as well. :)
