Uliana, you continue to take this 71yr. old body to new limits and it was a bit difficult, but with deep breathing and trusting in how far I could take my body (with some modified poses), it was achievable with your graceful cues, guidance and respect for the yoga philosopy, my heart bows to THE DIVINE in you🙏💚. Loved that! Yes please to more Yin yoga. I really enjoy holding the poses for a while and feeling myself relaxing into them. I did think we were holding the pigeon post at the start for a long time until I checked the video and discovered I paused it! DUH! Got a good long stretch in though😁😁🤗🤗
hehe you can totally do that, pause the video and hold poses a bit longer if you like)) I usually do 2-2,5 min maximum for each pose but in yin yoga you can easily do longer holds))
