Thank you for posting this! I found this one first, and my only complaint was that it felt rushed through the poses. I will be trying the extended version on my next recovery day!
You're in luck! The original version of this video was 60 minutes, and I created the 40 minute version more recently. Here's the longer one: th-cam.com/video/zMJwem4_C24/w-d-xo.html
This practice was a game changer for me. I have been having neck stiffness and pain for a month now. This is the first time I have had any sort of relief. Thank you!
I have continued deep respect and gratitude for you and your Yin yoga practice, from physical, spiritual and mental perspectives.....thank you kindly....
This was filmed on the island of Bora Bora in French Polynesia at an overwater bungalow overlooking Mount Otemanu, where Konrad and I stayed during our honeymoon ❤❤❤
This video is actually a shortened version of a longer, slower paced 60 minute practice which you will find here: th-cam.com/video/zMJwem4_C24/w-d-xo.htmlsi=W0TFwEZQCX4_0wLG
Hi Devi, this was a great one, I feel soooo good now😀 I just couldn't handle seiza nor saddle bc one of my feet couldn't stop cramping, and I thought wheel (which is a perfect hip flexor stretch) was NOT a yin pose (and not sustainable for more than one minute) ; so I did supported bridge instead, was it a good choice ?And are there 'advanced' yin classes ? This could be interesting from time to time😉Namaste from France 🙏
Students who participate in my Yin Yoga teacher training get a chance to explore advanced practices, but this level is not appropriate for TH-cam. I categorize my TH-cam classes as "All Levels," "Beginner" and "Intermediate" - the latter type geared toward yogis who have larger ranges of motion in their bodies and who are familiar with the variations of each posture that they like (like you, when you substituted supported bridge for saddle, which was an excellent choice!)

Hi Devi, how often should we do a yin practice during the week? Thanks for another wonderful video ❤have a great day
Hi Lenoir ☺️ Everyone is different, but for me it feels best to practice yin every day for about 30 minutes, or every two days for 60 minutes.

@@DeviDalyYogaok, I'll stay with the intermediate ones😉 happy that my substitution move was appropriate😀
