you deal with anxiety by first understanding where its coming from. write down your thoughts and feelings, break them down, and gain an understanding of what your body is trying to tell you - only once you've attempted to rationalise the irrational will clarity become apparent
Anxiety is coming from guys like Elisha that tell you that you lack something and offer solutions to the problems they created in your head. Classic marketing & sales.
@@unknownhollow4141 yes, because telling people they should read more books, exercise more often, and be open to discussions with complete strangers is such a detrimental attitude to push onto people...
It may sound like a cliche but compare who you are with who you could become and who you were. Look to your ideal self for guidance and your old self for encouragement for how far you've come. Progress=happiness. Eventually you'll stack up enough wins and become so competent you'll feel more than good enough.
I agree with you. I would only say that progress=fulfillment instead of progress=happiness. Happiness is quite fleeting and I don't think it's the right term. Other than that I completely agree
I always had the mindset to never compare myself to others and be content with myself, but I realized that because I wasn't comparing myself I was a complete loser I thought I was getting better each day, but it was on such a low level it wasn't enough, but when I compared myself to others I understood how far off I was, I felt shit and then became better by force, so it's kinda toxic, but it should be a combination of the two, so get better yourself every day, and also better than others, because it's an insane source of will. And also, after all, men are in a competition with each other, if everyone were better than you what girl would want you, so you can't ignore others completely.
The using anxiety as a compass thing is true, I wish I realized that sooner. It's your soul telling you to take action and you ignore it at your own peril.
It depends, I've been taking it for a couple weeks and I feel the same, I guess it kinda helped because I've been going through some shit recently, but I'm a sensitive dude so, it changes from person to person
I dealt with mine just by finding some kind of meaning or a goal so I can keep on struggling without giving up. Also, exposure treatment really helped.
This type of videos are absolutely amazing, they are blunt and honest and won't hesitate in bringing out what you're doing wrong and need to change. Amazing content as always Elisha, thank you for it
Apretiate. Great format. (sry for my bad english im gonna express some ideas as well) I suffer from this and im improving on it, cause that anxiety can even escalate to panic and to depression and can be a big fall into this well of darkness and somethimes thats necessary to force you to develope some light by need and to fight that "dark" within you, that you listen and identiffy with, that lead you to that situation. In general i think is important to recongnize and to admite your weakness instead of being in denial first of all, and to be realistic cause then you can think logically in "how can i" or "what am i going to do to improve this" And this video is all about this, the guy first of all recognizing and admiting and have the intention to improve. I think is important to try to understand yourselff better and meditate and go within and spend more time in nature. To try to have more clarity on your thoughts cause maby that anxiety and that fear of not being good enough or to be less then others can have a root in some "very past" event, or even a trauma you suffer as a kid or a teenager. And men.. we are competitive for nature, that can be a big one, cause maby in the past, as a kid or whatever you lost hard in something that you really care about and you feelt in a certain way and was bad, and as a young guy you dint have teh capacity to digest that and that feeling stayed in you like a ghost, like a curse. That voice of im not good enough, low confidence, anxiety. And to think about that and accept and understand that... that acceptance is powerfull! and gonna heal you. Cause probably you feed that voice for years, and that voice become powerfull, and you maby have more of those bad events as a not confident guy you lost more, and that reinforced the idea, i belive even more so is a looser mindset is a week mindset and is making you feel anxious and ofc now is hard to get rid of that completlly and to replace with a possitive good one (sence of self). But since you are a looser what you fear about? go there and try and if you lose thats nothing new, anxiety is fear the unknown but you already know how it is, you know better now. So that in a way make you in a justifyable way a courage man. You should not fear to lose as a loser right? You took one bullet, 2, 3,4... keep pushing and recive all the bullets untill you become like the wolverine. So go there and try to win, you gonna win eventually, you not gonna lose forever, And i agreed faith can be that voice, and if you have good intentions and you try to elevate yourselff physically, mentally and spiritually using tools this brothers from thumos was point, you gonna develope a good positive vibe and God its gonna be in your side as a superior leader representant of that positive energy and gonna make you win, guide you to sucess and hapiness and guide you to more light, hopefully.
i dont think deleting social media is necessary because you can simply just follow ppl who inspire you and unfollow those who are low IQ and not inspiring
Please can someone actually help me. My current problem is that i like doing funny and ironic content on social media/ youtube, but at the same time I'm against it. My goal is to actually living thanks to videos, thoughs?
It’s only a slur when used to belittle someone. It’s the actual scientific word to describe someone that is less mentally, physically or socially advanced than they should be.
Bro u said that there's nothing scary about dying, but if you study your Bible you will soon come to learn that most souls actually end up in hellfire (Everlasting destruction). Narrow is the way to eternal life and few there be that find it (I'm paraphrasing what Jesus said here, but everyone must repent and believe the Gospel)

you're becoming an incredible speaker and your ability to take the wisdom of other men, convey it and expand on it in this format is impressive dude
Agreed, never seen someone with this format before + his ability to convey his thoughts is excellent.

Ashwagandha helped me immensely with anxiety, made me stoic like an oak.
been wanting to start that but I don't know much about it. What is a good one to get?
In some individuals it can make you more apathetic and numb. I've felt this a bit and that's why I don't take it as frequently as before.
Yea, that stuff apparently reduced cortisol l, which in turn increases your testosterone

Thank You Boss Man!
James 1:2-8 is my life passage at this point. We just have to keep persevering brothers and as the saying goes, hard times create strong men
very informational. I found the last comment to pack it all. Thank you
i like this Elisha. thank u
Thanks a ton for this.
This style of video is incredible. "Medicine Man" Mike point-blank saying "You sound like a loser" was really refreshing to hear.
Good word
“I have a big d&$&” x3🤣 Good stuff, Elisha. Love your vids, bro.

From 5min as muslims we call this a "Dua" you ask God directly for guidance, help. People would beg god for help, cry and prostate themselves.
I like more when u talk on ur own
