    You have the most detailed, trustworthy & superior to other channels, videos I have ever seen on youtube!!! If possible could you do a video on vertebral fractures & how to make them heal faster? I have 10 compression fx’s & have had them for 2 yrs now but none of them are healing. The pain is getting worse. Thank you so much!

    I have become "addict" to Frau Dr. Furlon videos, for I can learn how to avoid and prevent back issues in the future, but, also, because right now, I am "combating" a Meralgia Parastherica whose pain is the worst I have ever experienced since the War in Iraq, watching the video is of great help. It seems to me that doctors in Kanada are people well being oriented, here in America, profit is the number one motivation, for keeping people sick is good for bussiness. Doctors like Dr Furlon renders great help and compassion for the good of Humanity.

    Dr. Furlan. Thank you so much for all your videos especially this one because I do these exercises since I have neck and shoulder pain. I also had Coccydynia after I did too much of biking exercises. It is so painful that I can not sit. My physio told me there are not much of exercises for this. After watching taking of Vitamin D, I have taken a tablet of of Vitamin D of 2000 IU and following morning I have seen that my arm pain gone almost totally. Now I waiting few days to take 2nd Tablet.     Now I know in addition to all my lower back problems I have kyphosis!! Should I just attempt every exercise once or just pick a couple and do them until I have no pain before adding a third or or a fourth. I am blown away by how de- conditioned I am!!

      It is really important that you see a physiotherapist. The physiotherapist will examine your specific situation and tell you what you can and cannot do. These videos are for educational purposes only. Now that you are more knowledgeable about your condition and the types of exercises you could be doing, it will be much easier for you to discuss with your physiotherapist. You will understand what they are saying, and why they are recommending one exercise and not the other one. I think that patients who are more knowledgeable about their options are much better to adhere to the treatment recommendations. That is the ultimate goal of these videos, that you can discuss with your health care professional and be a partner in the decisions.

      Thanks, good advice! I am also dealing with chondrocalcinosis at L3-4 & L4-5 level and narrowing of L5-S1, L2-L3, L3-L4, L4-L5 neural foramen! After watching your video on spinal stenosis I now know why walking is so painful and sitting relieves my pain. The stretches you recommend are basically ones my chiropractor gave me 32 years ago to deal with MPS and I have neglected over the years. Time to get back at it!! Thanks again. Blessings, Evelyn

    Hi Ma'am, I certainly have a bad posture for years now. But the hump has appeared quite recently. While you do say in the video that one cannot reverse the hump due to hormonal issues- I wonder if we can reverse the hump caused due to bad posture. Awaiting a reply. Regards

    Ive always been self conscious about the pad of fat beneath the back of my neck. I took a lot of steroid medications over the years for psoriasis, and I experience a lot of stress due to anxiety and depression. It is at least a relief to know it is only cosmetic. I hope I can have enough money to get it removed someday.

    Can poor posture cause foot pain.I’ve realised that my shoulders are drooping and I’m curved forward and I’m even mostly looking down.
    I also seem to always have soft knees and major weight bearing on my fore foot with heels slightly off ground.
    This also makes my calves tight … I realised this when I read up about why I’m constantly getting planter fasciitis.
    The planter fasciitis and mid foot pain is making simple walking v painful.
    I just seem to drift back into my sloppy posture …
    How to I help myself?🙏🏼😊

      Hi Raymond, DISH is very similar to Ankylosing Spondylitis. Please ask your doctor or your physiotherapist if you can do these exercises.

    Dr Thank you so very much! I can feel a difference in my shoulders. My husband says, i walk leaning more to the right...(basicly I walk crooked)I have been trying to focus on moving my left shoulder down to accommodate my leaning to the right as I walk.Do you have any help for me?

    During the pectoralis stretch, it is a little painful to lift my arm to put on the doorway. What is this attributed to?

      It is really important that you see a physiotherapist. The physiotherapist will examine your specific situation and tell you what you can and cannot do. These videos are for educational purposes only. Now that you are more knowledgeable about your condition and the types of exercises you could be doing, it will be much easier for you to discuss with your physiotherapist. You will understand what they are saying, and why they are recommending one exercise and not the other one. I think that patients who are more knowledgeable about their options are much better to adhere to the treatment recommendations. That is the ultimate goal of these videos, that you can discuss with your health care professional and be a partner in the decisions.

    Your channel is really informative! I had Herniated disc in L4-L5 and L5-S1 and the z line position, sloppy pushups really helps me like a pain killer.

    Hey! I was wondering how much time it will take to correct my neck posture. I’d say it’s 6.5/10 bad. I’m 18, is it too late?

      It depends on the type of postural problem, on the severity of the problem, the genetic predisposition, and the amount of time the person takes doing exercises.

      It’s nothing sort of too bad to be sorted out but it’s still very visible. My paternal and maternal sides have good physique, posture and jaw if that counts.
      1. If I fix my upper spine (the neck part), will the neck muscles go back in place as well? Or will I have to face double chin problem?
      2. If you have any social media handle, I’d like to send a picture of it. It would mean a lot to me, doctor.

    Can camptocormia caused by Parkinson’s disease helped exercise.?

      Very unlikely. As I mention in the video, there are diseases, neuromuscular diseases and many others that the problem is neurological, or there is muscle shortening, or lack of control of muscles. Parkinson's is a disease of malfunctioning connection between the brain and the muscles. The muscle tone is out of control and becomes too rigid. Exercise may help a bit, but it will not improve to normal. Only treating the Parkinson's disease will help the muscles.

    16:56 рука наверх лопатки вниз. Иначе трапеция будет перенапрягаться. Одно лечим другое калечишь. Научите опускать лопатки вниз. Это крайне важно. Не руки а саму лопатку. Нужно так чувствовать. Не можете. Учитесь. Пол года я этому училась. Всё было забито, сначала триггерные точки надо убрать а потом уже тянуть. Если лопатки уже прилипли к ребрам. То только вот эта растяжка не поможет. Это только у кого несложные ситуации

    Furman I had a hairline fracture 9 yrs ago n a ligament problem with my lower left leg. Will I be able to do the exercises u hv recommended I.e. the staircase exercises. I m obese specially round my stomach n I hv an extra tyre as well. Can u recommend some exercises which will help me to lose weight.
